Either Lisa Vanderpump or Victor Ortiz was going to go home last night on Dancing With The Stars when Dorothy Hamill made a surprise announcement. She withdrew from the show because her doctor advised her that she was too injured to compete any longer on the show. As bad as Dorothy had been the night before, she had a lot of votes and a lot of older people who loved her so she would have been safe if she had not withdrawn.
After competing with injuries she must have decided enough was enough. Go Dorothy, that takes real class to step aside. Brava

ReplyDeleteI missed 1/2 the show and I need to catch up. I'm not thrilled with some of the new pro dancers. Dorothy was pleasant and a good sport, as always.
Nothing against Dorothy and I wish that super hot Tristan could stay but our Delicate English Rose was dangerously close to elimination. So was Andy Dick. I so want him to stay! I used all my texts for Lisa and all my calls for Andy!

ReplyDeleteI don't watch the show but I know the town where she came from can't stand her. She got excellent training there and then when she won the gold, she even stopped saying she was from there, and never gave credit to her first coach.

ReplyDeleteDorothy did the right thing. Besides, she had already been told she was safe. I can relate to back injuries and with the practice and prep that she was doing this must have been painful -- and dangerous.
ReplyDeleteWith that said, this is clearly a popularity contest and she Ortiz probably has the least name recognition. Though Lisa sucked too. Sean the bachelor lacks rhythm too. The worst of all was DL Hughley. Wow. He really goes against the stereotype. :)

I've always loved the name Quinn, remember the little girl actress with that name years ago? It was so unusual at that time and I thought it was so cool.

ReplyDeleteD.L. is absolutely terrible and Sean is not good either. Lisa has a new dancer for her pro and I think he is probably a Class A douche. Lisa should have gotten one of the older dancers, this kid is randy and rude.
