If you have ever wondered how this C+ list mostly movie, but will take whatever you give her actress found her latest helper it is because his son used to be her PR/bag man. Want a story or interview with the actress? You paid her bag man in cash and he would then pass it along to our actress after taking his cut.

    @tealilly: "Elderly" is a bit harsh for Linds. 45 and ridden hard is a bit fairer.

    Everybody should read the NYT piece that Amber linked to. Mark Heller is a piece of work.

    I was delighted when the judge told him today that (a) he was not competent to represent Linds since he clearly knew eff all about CA criminal law and procedures; and (b)he wasn't postponing the trial, and (c)Linday needed to add a competent CA attorney to her team before trial or else sign a waiver that she couldn't appeal the results due to incompetent representation. Boom!

    Both of these stories mention Mike Heller as Lindsay's "promoter". He's also called her former manager in other stories I found.
