This former A list celebrity has learned to do the true celebrity diet. Snorting Adderall. I'm sure she will come out and say how she lost it by eating right and exercising and coming up with some crap diet plan to put in the issue but it has been Adderall and booze.
Nicole Ritchie?
ReplyDeleteChristina Aguliera
ReplyDeleteXtina
ReplyDeleteTori Spelling?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Xtina. She lost A LOT of weight FAST. Other than major liposuction & a tummy tuck, speed is the speediest way to lose that much weight so quickly.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look to me like Xtina really lost a lot of wait, at least judging by the pic Enty posted recently. Are there any other pics?
ReplyDeleteI agree. She looks more like she's toned her muscles a lot, which actually takes some work.
DeleteDid you see the pics of her from last summer/fall, in a white strappy dress with purply swirls? It didn't look awful, until she was turned to the side. Holy moly, Im her height, basic body type, and need to lose a good 25, or more, and her butt is huge!!! Not making fun, being for real. She has lost a lot, quickly, and I can't lose that much that quickly without a lot of Adderrall, non snorted, and deep starvation. Why she messes herself up, I just dont get.
DeleteXtina.
ReplyDeleteAdderall seems like such a dream drug for those of us with weight issues but no Hollywood doctor. So what's the downside side effects of abusing this drug when not taken for its intended purpose?
ReplyDeleteOne of my closest friends convinced her doctor to give her a prescription for adderall while she was studying for her CPA exam. She ended up taking it recreationally for about a year after that. She lost probably 30 pounds, passed her exam and was doing great at work... But there are side effects. Ultimately, adderall is a combination of 4 amphetamines. Its a stimulant, like meth or cocaine.
DeleteWhat happened to her is she started getting nervous reactions and picking at her skin and she has a scar above her eyebrow now that she covers with makeup. She started grinding her teeth at night and got a few cavities. She also dealt with insomnia and said at night she started hallucinating.
She hasn't taken it for about 2 years and gained the weight back but the side effects weren't worth it. Read the adderall Wikipedia, it's very accurate. The other thing too is that it's speed. Did anyone see requiem for a dream? The mom gets addicted to those pills and goes insane. That can definitely happen with prolonged use.
Thank you. I knew someone out there in CDAN community would have a true life tale sadly that would have real negative consequences.
DeleteYeah, my friend tried to justify it for the first few months by saying she looked great and she was doing better than ever at work... And honestly, that was true at first. After about 6 months, the side effects started to show and she said she was starting to feel more addicted. at the end of the day, it's an amphetamine. It's probably not a good idea to even go down that path, you know?
DeleteYeah uhh I currently take it and although I wouldnt say its a great drug but hallucinations? lol no. It is similar to speed but that would be like saying Tylenol is the same as ibuprofen. One negative I will say and others that take it will agree, at night to relax you have to drink wine or smoke reefer.
DeleteIt was just saying what happened to my friend. People will react differently to things but the hallucinations, she was my college roommate so I saw it happen. Amphetamine psychosis is a thing. Not everyone takes the same dose, and some snort, some pop the pills. But glad it's not happening to you and thanks for sharing your situation.
DeleteBURN!! Lol
DeletePeter - not to sound hostile or anything, but get a clue. Different people react differently to drugs. Your experience isn't determinative of how someone else will react, and neither is AD's friend's experience determinative. She's just making a valid point that abusing a prescription drug in order to lose weight is potentially dangerous. That is beyond dispute.
DeleteI've snorted some Adderall in my day. It was great cause it gave that coke feeling without the crash and burn the next day. Just a recreational thing, plus I could drink about 3 times my body weight like a champ. This was many, many years ago.
DeleteMy husband takes the controlled release & it works for him. It has helped him shed some weight, which is a plus.
I just don't feel comfortable, personally, with using drugs like that as a permanent solution to any situation. Just leads to too many issues
Christina. Fo sho.
ReplyDelete@cara- this article has a before and after regarding Christina's new slimmer look.
ReplyDeleteChristina. The pictures of her were everywhere yesterday for the Voice which was showing off the weight she has lost in such a short amount of time. She's too much of a party girl to do it the right way.
ReplyDeleteWhich by the way, in those pictures, I like her much better without all that makeup she usually applies with a shot gun.
The nude/pinky lip color looked much better on her than the usual Ronald McDonald shade.
So much for embracing her new body.
ReplyDeleteSnooki or Xtina or both, they are both too last to lose weight the proper way.
ReplyDelete@lotta Thanks for the link. Still not convinced it's her, but if some mag comes out with her diet plan soon (I assume that is the "issue" Enty refers to), I may change my tune. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOoooo snooki is a good guess
ReplyDeleteChristina
ReplyDeleteIf Christina was doing that, I'd think she would've lost more weight. Her loss doesn't seem as drastic as I'd envision it being for just snorting pills. I cringe referring to snooki as a list but I'd go with her over Christina.
ReplyDeleteIn what world has Snooki EVER been A list?
ReplyDeleteI don't see a major weight loss in Xtina, she was just wearing better clothes.
It is someone else.
Sigh. Legit RX = no magic side effects.
ReplyDeleteXtina. We all know that she loves to drink so taking Adderall with it ain't to much of a stretch for her.
ReplyDeleteTotally OT--Not sure if anyone has shared this yet...for you Norman Reedus lovers. Be prepared to swoon:

Thanks AD I was going to tell Lil about the side effects I heard of through a friend of a friend. Yours was much better!
ReplyDeleteIf you can't get adderall, then sudafed is a viable alternative. They don't cook meth out of it fer nuthin. All those Hydroxycut/Trim Spa type of diet aids went to shit when the ephedrine was taken out.
ReplyDeleteI have a low tolerance to amphetamines. I'll go with one of the 30mg (6hr) sudafeds to put a bounce in my step and keep me from stopping work to eat lunch. That is 1/2 what the directions say. If I take em before 10AM, then I'll take 2. The 12 hr ones (200mg?) just have me tossing and turning 14 hrs later, wishing I could sleep. Same from the adderall. I'd get 2-3 uses, snorting off the blue ones, and the higher dose capsules, I got pretty good ad fitting them back together. Those lil balls are such a bitch to crush up compared to the blue pills.
Adderall was all the rage at exam time in college. I took some that was given to me and It didn't work for me. Well, it did, but it didn't give me the high I was expecting. It turns out I actually have ADD and that was why I didn't get any of the effects people usually do. That was a hell of a way to find out.
ReplyDeleteOn the Adderall topic, it is not a magic drug. It is speed. Unless you have ADD. Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, etc. are all variants of Methalphenidate. As someone who was diagnosed with ADD at the age of six and taken these medications for my entire life, I can say that the side effects are different for different people. When you initially begin taking it, you will experience a reduced appetite. But, over time, that fades.
ReplyDeleteI think people get confused about it because it is a stimulent, but when prescribed to someone with ADD it doesn't act as a stimulent in the obvious sense. It is stimulating the nerve endings and dendrites in your brain to fire in order to overcome the symptoms of ADD. But, by getting the dendrites to fire, it has a calming effect. If you give it to someone who does not have ADD they will be off the wall.
When I took Adderall, I was writing a manuscript, and I noticed everything came out extremely negative. I did not like it at all.
ReplyDelete@Lil P - psychosis. Bad stuff.
ReplyDeleteXtina? i thought she drunk less
ReplyDeleteI don't think Christina has lost much weight, I think she finally wore something in the correct size instead of squeezing into a size six. But, the booze comment sounds like her though.
ReplyDeleteMeth Psychosis is bad. When you drink too much you puke and pass out. When you smoke too much weed, you pass out. When you get top quality crystal meth and you are used to snorting bath tub crank, you are up for days, paranoid and hallucinating. That first night of sleep in county jail is quite refreshing though. Luckily the meth suppresses your appetite, so you don't eat that shitty food.
ReplyDeleteKhloe K?
ReplyDeleteYes to Xtina. I thinks she's laying off the vodka and that's why her face bloat is down. But I also think wiping off the 10 pounds of clown makeup helped too.
ReplyDeleteYa know who else is in the DM looking thin? Tori Spelling..
ReplyDeleteAll of them?
ReplyDelete@Lil P adderall is habit forming like a crystal meth habit...it you don't need it stay clear...
ReplyDeleteXtina doesn't look that much skinnier, just less bloated and more toned.
ReplyDeleteWas Snookie ever A-list? Maybe A-list reality but A-list celebrity? Oh, I don't know.
Hasn't Tori always been skinny? This sounds like someone who made a real transformation. If so, Snookie kinda fits.
Wait, you can get high from sudafed? I always have sinus trouble, and take that stuff a lot. I never feel different.
ReplyDeletePuggleWug, not really high, but you get the energy and appetite suppression. You gotta cook it down to a more concentrated form to get a real high.
ReplyDeleteI see. I'm too lazy to cook anything, including food, so I'll pass.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Meth Labs are dangerous, and I wouldn't have the heart to shoot up a dog to see if the batch is good.
ReplyDelete@Count, I didn't know they used dogs as guinea pigs...these meth dealers are really low.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's Xtina either, she doesn't look that skinny to me, it looks more like better clothes and less bloating. Have we seen Khloe K lately?
@Rigby, yes.
ReplyDeleteAs for other side effects - heart problems are a big one. Basically Adderall / Ritalin / Methylphenidate is medical-grade meth.
Rigby's explanation is right on. I have ADHD and when on Ritalin I feel totally calm and not fidgety at all.
Tori is in the Random photos and I think she looks a LOT thinner than the last time I saw her picture.
ReplyDeleteNo pills will fix xtina's ugly ass legs.
ReplyDeleteWhile they aren't A list- Snookie is doing a delivery home food plan type thing like NutriSlim and she's snapping pics of her all sweaty at the gym all the time.
ReplyDeleteKhloe and her brother Rob are doing the 60-days of fitness boot camp thing that The Game (rapper) is doing. Take a look at Lalas recent pics and it appears to be doing well.
I know this cuz I follow Snooki on Instagram and I check Khloe's sometimes.
I wish people would realize that snorting all kinds of drugs and putting a foreign substance into your lungs really messes them up later, no matter what the effects at the time. I've seen way too many people with f'd up lungs, the kind you need oxygen for. Oh well, this particular group I call the YA-YAS (Young And Stupid).
ReplyDeleteI got a scrip from a shady doctor who 'diagnosed' me with ADHD. Got lots done when I was on it and definitely WAS more focused and productive, but I would get the worst splitting headaches that would last for two or three days. Had friends who hit me up for a long night of partying and to lose weight. Not worth it. Weight comes back. Tossed my scrip.
