Murder Runs In The Pistorius Family - Brother Going On Trial

It seems that it is not just Oscar Pistorius who is a killer in the family. His brother, Carl was supposed to go on trial last week for negligent homicide had it continued to next month. He has been charged with what we would call negligent homicide. He was recklessly driving when he killed someone with his car. He has been on bail for almost two years. His lawyer says the evidence will show that he is not guilty.

    Apparently his charges were provisionally withdrawn and then reinstated.

      From what I've read it was random. The family requested further investigation bc they think he may have been drinking and the charges were reinstated.

    Curious, curious. While crazy, I don't believe that this validates that murderous tendencies run in the family and he must have done it. All it does is show us that where this family goes, death, intentional or unintentional, will follow.

    Honestly there is so much crime in South Africa that it's hard NOT to be touched by it. If no alcohol was involved one wonders why they are going after him.I didn't click on French Girls link cuz I'm mobile right now.

    Oscar called his family before calling the police. It's been reported that they removed large quantities of ammunition from the house prior to the police arriving.

    I don't understand how a policeman with 7 counts pending against him wasn't riding a desk.

    So now it's the Pistorius brothers, both reckless and dangerous to be around, and neither one is guilty of anything, not even negligence. Of course not.

    Geez, it was a fucking tragic car accident. He wasn't on anything, he didn't plan to be in an accident with a motorcyclist. Thousands upon thousands of people make stupid decisions while driving that result in death every year. It is tragic, and they may be culpable but it hardly makes them "murderers".
