Mischa Barton Used To Be Rich

Mischa Barton is trying to rent out the house she bought back int he day when she was on The OC. She paid  a little over $6M for it back in 2005 and since then it has dropped in value every year. Mischa keeps trying to sell it for a huge profit though. It has been listed for sale for almost three years and she will only sell if she makes a profit which is not going to happen. It is a gorgeous house, but not worth $6M, let alone the $9M she wants for it. So, apparently she has decided to rent it, or at least try to for $35K a month. Well, it will keep her store in London afloat and allow her to pay the property taxes on her place.
