Justin Bieber is Smoking Pot Again - More Cough Syrup
Justin Bieber should have a talk with Lil Wayne about the dangers of drinking too much cough syrup aka Purple Drank aka Sizzurp. One day you wake up in jail and you discover you have a bunch of children from a bunch of different mothers. maybe that is why Justin just prefers orally pleasuring his women. That or he is ashamed of what he has underneath which is why he is always showing off his scrawny upper body. Anyway, there are more photos of Justin Bieber being shopped around showing him smoking pot on another day and with bottles of cough syrup scattered around. You would think the Four Seasons would get tired of always being mentioned in the stories about Justin Bieber because they are never positive, but I guess everyone now knows what hotel to go to if you want to smoke pot in your room and not have to worry about anything.
Him and Amanda WOULD make a cute looking couple....
ReplyDeleteI am so glad and so grateful we didn't have phone cameras and social media when I was this kid's age!!!
ReplyDeleteYawn. I hope he gets off of the drugs but I could really care less. The problem is that he got dumped by Selena for being caught with a black chick. He's on drugs because of lil Twist(stupid name). I'm so over this he's being corrupted isht. He's a lil Scumbag and can we be free of him as well in Feb?
ReplyDeleteWhat is WITH the stupid "raised eyebrows so I look like a mouthbreather" trend? That's the same look Will Smith's son gives too.
ReplyDeleteDo they think it's sexy?
Ugh
The sooner he goes away, the better
I know @ABlake! It seems to be his "sexy" look, but he ends up looking like a fool. I hope he gets wrinkles on his forehead soon. If the Bieber wants to toke up, more power too him, but he should lay off drinking the codeine. It seems like pot and "sizzurp" is his go to, but that shit can do a number on you.
ReplyDelete@puggle and ablake, it's so that they look high with chinky eyes all the time. one of the dumbest trends of late. that and pretending to be bowlegged -_-
DeleteReally nessa? Chinky eyes? You couldn't have found a better adjective? Classy
Delete@urban it's people like you always looking for a fucking arguement that keep most of us lurking. that's exactly how the teens describe the look. i would never use it as a stupid racial remark. i've moved past that, hopefully you can grow up too. you stay classy
DeleteLooking for an argument? Hardly.. I am not a teen (not even close) but just because the current description is in fashion doesn't excuse it.
DeleteMy best friend heard this kind of idiocy about her dd having 'chinky eyes' and it doesn't sit well for me in any context. Much like the word retard. Yeah, maybe I'm too PC and need to chill the fvck out like the teens you know but at some point it's insulting.
I found it offensive. I am half asian and have copped comments like that my whole life. Nessa it was racist and unnecessary
DeleteUh yeah, @nessa - "chinky eyes" is incredibly racist, and the way you flippantly and casually disregard how it could be racist is very immature.
DeleteYeah there's no context in which "chinky eyes" is appropriate. Would you drop an N-Bomb ironically?
DeleteIf you're older than oh I'm gonna say 12 you shouldn't use terms like that. For any reason.
To*
ReplyDeleteIndeed Puggle! Personally, I find eyes to be one of the sexiest features of a man, you know...normal style. If his freaking eyebrows are 5 inches above his eyes it just looks alien.
ReplyDeleteLike they are drawn on or something
I wish he would just go away! One of my issues is that younger girls adore him and he is sending bad messages to them. My poor niece can't seem to get it through her daughters head that this kid is NOT a nice guy.
ReplyDeleteHe is getting high because he wants to. He keeps company with people who do the same. If anything, Beevs uses his "rap" crowd to "toughen up" his image and to shift the blame for his choice to get high. No one is forcing him to run with this crowd, his choice!
ReplyDeleteHe is getting high because he wants to. He keeps company with people who do the same. If anything, Beevs uses his "rap" crowd to "toughen up" his image and to shift the blame for his choice to get high. No one is forcing him to run with this crowd, his choice!
ReplyDeleteWow, he is totally polluted. I think I liked his goody-goody image better than this.
ReplyDeleteActually opiates such as codeine in the sizzurp do cause impotence/performance problems.
ReplyDeleteHe looks like he's saying "Dur?"
ReplyDeleteKid is on his 14th minute and however he goes down, it won't be pretty. I just hope he doesn't take anyone else with him.
ReplyDeleteWhat a loser. 12 year olds doing drugs is no bueno.
ReplyDeleteAll I can think of is that his mother sacrificed her vagina all these years, and this is how he thanks her?
ReplyDeleteAnd also... When the wooly worm is all black, doesn't that mean a harsh winter? If so... His eyebrows are definitely a warning.

ReplyDeleteJesus, cough syrup? At least go high end and chug Grand Marnier.
ReplyDeleteDewie, it's not regular cough syrup (for the alcohol) it's prescription cough syrup with codeine (and I think the other main ingredients may be promethazine which is a strong antihitamine).
DeleteI had it as an rx once - never again - didn't work for shit on the cough, and gave me freaky hallucinogenic nightmares...idiots.
DeleteWhat really irks me about this whole Bieber thing is how much PR is involved. I'm a regular reader of this site but don't post often.
ReplyDeleteAll of this is staged. Whether or not he does drugs, I don't know, probably. But... all of this drugs stuff is so he can transition his brand from tweener to adult.
I work for a very large corporation in the sponsorship department. We sponsor a LOT of events (concerts, sporting events, etc.) and have a lot of celebrity involvement. I just started a few months ago and one of the more seasoned women told me that Bieber's people are the absolute worst that she's ever dealt with. They are cold, calculating and don't do ANYTHING unless it's to further his image or brand. They are also the most litigious team she's ever seen so any photos, etc. that are released on TMZ, etc. are for sure with their consent.
She also told me that Bieber's team will regularly talk about how they can manipulate people. Every tweet that he sends out is approved by a team of at least 3 people. I just wish TMZ and other sites would talk about these things because I'm sick of these PR flacks and their "brand perception."
Wow, thanks for the interesting insight, Amanda! This makes me dislike him even more.
Delete@amanda wow! they don't care that they're negatively influencing young teens with their crap. that's disgusting
DeleteSo interesting! Thanks Amanda, I had no clue.
DeleteLOVE this kind od insider info, thanks Amanda!
DeleteRe: Amanda's info
DeleteI confirm her info from personal assistant and charity dealings.
Please don't forget that he has a "Swagger Coach."
Whoa that's crazy. I'm sure TMZ has a lot of celebs that have them on speed dial with their own planted stories like those who are to remain nameless. If you notice, all stories are pretty one sided in favor of certain celebs.
DeleteWow, Amanda, thanks for insider details! Gives me even more of the sads. This is almost "old Hollywood"!
ReplyDeletedownward spiral
ReplyDeleteThis is really the new normal for teens. It is a sad truth. I have siblings around the same age and they are into the same shit. We can thank movies like "spring breakers" for glamorizing this behavior.
ReplyDeleteGreat post Amanda! Glad you came out of hiding.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally OVER beibs. He's just a dumb kid doing dumb things that dumb kids his age do. To top it off he's rich. Its sad.. but as mentioned above this IS the new normal. My nephew is around the same age and was acting similarly until last year. He even makes the same type of face when he takes pics, ugh. This is just what they do.
ReplyDeleteS Joy and Smash
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately we are having the same issues with my 18 yr old nephew, and he is announcing all of his douchey antics on his entirely public FB page (Bragging about what a huge "stoner" he is, and being disrespectful about women). The kid has no shame, and every once in a while I message him and say "You know employers and your Grandfather can see this, right?" He just doesn't care, and that bums me out to no end.
And as someone always says in posts like these, THANK GOD there were no cell phone cameras/social media when we were acting like little a-holes!
Sunny- my younger brother (17) just got a half shoulder tattoo of an old man. My stepdad is unfortunately a terrible influence and thinks it is hilarious his son can drink and do drugs with him.
ReplyDeleteThankfully my sister sticks to the weed now after kicking her oxy habit.
I was raised very religious but once I grew up my parents decided to try something different. The worst I did was binge drink and now I can't drink at all.
@ smash: I have to respectfully disagree, this is not the new norm for teens. My own teeenage daughter is smart enough & secure enough to recognize that all these antics we see in celebrityville, on tele/twitter/fb is a sad display of crassness & low self esteem. She always comments how douchey people's behavior is like the above story. She's also HOT, so she's not merely looking down her nose at 'the popular crowd' out of some teen jealousy thing. She just comes from a strong. smart viewpoint.
ReplyDeleteThere's a greater majority of non-douchy teens out there, we just don't hear about them. Too boring I guess.
He thinks taking drugs makes him look "cool" when really it just makes him look like the white trash that he is.
ReplyDeleteAmanda, thank you for the post! I can see that, where the person becomes a product instead of a human being. Just thinking about it..he can wear certain styles (that the record company is paid endorsement fees for), be seen drinking certain things (from spring water to whatever) that the record company is paid for, shirts, hoodies etc. It's a machine.
ReplyDeleteStill no excuse for that stupid look on his face ;)
and ya, i'm really sick of seeing this wee lad's torso & the raised eyebrows. *you are NOT a CK underwear man*. Pull up your pants & quit with the ' i roll with the hood' act, you privelidged smarmy suburban twat. Get back to singing & when you're 30, we'll see how sexy you are.
ReplyDelete@Sunny So upsetting isn't it? It's like they feel the need to be public with every dumb decision they make and every ridiculous thought they think. Hopefully your nephew will grow out of it. My nephew recently turned 21 and is completely embarassed about the things he did and said just a few short years ago.
ReplyDelete@mygeorgie Your daughter sounds like a beautiful, well rounded teen. I'm happy that you haven't had to deal with situations such as this.
S Joy
ReplyDeleteYou are always so wonderful and kind. Yes, I'm definitely hoping he grows out of it sooner than later. I'm glad your nephew came through on the other side :)
Smash
Oh, that's rough that your mom and step-Dad are contributing to this behavior. I hope there is a come-to-Jesus moment soon for all of them (figuratively!)
My Georgie
Your daughter sounds incredible, and you obviously raised her well. My nephew is a little too good looking for his own good, and was raised in a WILDLY conservative household which kept him very isolated and I suspect affected his self esteem.
Public Service Announcement: Build your children up in a loving environment with clear boundaries and open communication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Sunny thank you so much! You are KNOWN here at cdan for your sweetness, positivity and the interest you show towards others. The type of person I would love to be :-)
ReplyDeleteAs for these nephews of ours... I really do think its just a phase. Alot of kids that age want so bad to be viewed as cool and they try to project this "bad boy" image. They feel it'll help them get respect from their peers. I'm totally confident that your nephew will change eventually! It'll just take time and maybe a few rough experiences :-/ I'm pulling for you guys!
Most teens have a douchey phase. I know I was a douche at times. They can be drug free, and on the honor roll, but they will act douchey at least once in their teens years. It's a part of growing up. You know everything until you realize you really don't.
ReplyDeleteSunny- so true. It really helps when the parents are loving but with a strong hand. My mom was nuts but thank goodness I made the decision for myself to not act like that. Some teens can rise above it and recognize that immature behavior is just that.
ReplyDeleteWhat I mean when I say new normal is that this kind of thing is not just famous people or poor people anymore.
I thank my stars that my daughters never worshipped this punk.
ReplyDeleteNow the questionable Disney tweeners...that's another story.
@ Lola - I thought I read that that "cough syrup" was some sort of alcoholic drink. I know the codeine cough syrup you're talking about. It comes in a brown bottle and my doctor would never prescribe more than one bottle of it because it's addictive!
ReplyDelete@S.Joy.....Oh, but I DID have to deal with the teenage drama/shithead/intitled years. I just stood my ground (for 6 years), never gave up & led by example (for the most part...she's smart enough to call me on my shite too!)
ReplyDeleteBeing a good parent is bloody exhausting, you have to have perserverence like a navy seal & you have to be okay with your child despising you for a few years. If you hang in there, they will usually come around. No gaurantees though.
Selfish, disrespectful kids *usually* have likeminded parents. Some parents though, no matter what, can't keep their kids on a straight path. i feel so bad for those folks. It's such a crapshoot.
Biebs is ashamed of his "acorn penis."
ReplyDeleteAmanda, thanks for the info - that's really interesting. But I think they're wasting their time. Is there a single adult who takes this punk seriously?
ReplyDeleteDouchery like Justin's makes headlines but I can't help but think its largely done to build up his street cred.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lame little child..
For reals urban chaos! I don't want to be labelled as some uptight PC harridan but for now I'm giving nessa a The Rock Raised Eyebrow.
ReplyDelete@ingrid i seriously never meant anything racial about it. when i explain things, i try to make it as thorough as possible in people's own words. but i don't come here to cause trouble, if that's what happens when commenting then i'll stop
DeleteThanks Ingrid- I'm not trying to bitchy about it but stoner eyes or squinted would have been accurate without the negative connotation.
DeleteIt's not cool, that's all.
@nessa please don't sto commenting. Now you know the word chinky ain't cool and maybe now you can pass the message on. Peace and happy commenting.
DeleteThe "Beliebers" are freaking out on Twitter about this story. It's hysterical.
ReplyDeleteThe top tweet:
"Dear TMZ, I don't think you know the power of Beliebers. we can get you off of Twitter in no time. #GetTMZOFFofTwitter"
Um, what?
And: "Dear TMZ, you will realize the power of 33 million Beliebers once their moms give them a ride to your offices."
LOL!
Ugh, too many gems to post here. Click the link.
Ugh, WTF? "Chinky?" I'm sure you used the word in ignorance, but yeah, that is hella racist!
ReplyDelete(Now sits and waits for 888 to tell me that I'm trying to make myself look good by ranting against racism. WTFever.)
The marketing part: he is trying to transition himself and his 'older' base of fans (who are soon going to be the new consumers, 18 and older) into a new fan base. They will be changing from sugar pop to something slightly different musically. To maintain the large flow of the $$$$.
ReplyDeleteHahaha- I saw the tmz hash tag trending on twitter, those Beleibers are something else.
ReplyDeleteTypical teenager doing stupid typical teenager things. Is it really a big deal?
ReplyDeletenessa - It's the first time I've commented on one of your posts, settle down you don't have to take a sabbatical for criticism on ONE POST.
ReplyDeleteBut if you're just quoting what "the kids" are saying, make it known in THAT POST, otherwise it just looks like something that you would say in your day to day life, and I really hope the regulars here are better than that.
Otherwise nessa, I got nothing but love for ya girl.
Nessa I can believe you didn't know that this term is considered racist...but it would be to your benefit to look this up and learn more about it and make your own decision based upon fact.
DeleteAgree with Ingrid- it was offensive and I was riled up by it because I was floored it went without comment, maybe I was a bit harsh but there's no need for you to leave.
ReplyDeleteLearn, acknowledge and move forward. Peace!
@nessa...."thick skin" sweetie. Having someone call u out about a comment is a right of passage on CDAN. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt happens.....
;-)
Oh, how I wish kids would stop posting all of their silly/stupid choices on the Internet. If nothing else, please impress upon them to make their ish private! I work with young adults and I can't tell you how many times I have seen on on the cusp of their first grown up job, or grad school, or an internship, and everything goes down in flames once a google search is done. I would not have looked so upstanding if my life was public knowledge wen I was their age, but make it at least a title hard to find! It is a conversation I literally have once a week.
ReplyDelete@nessa
ReplyDeleteI read your posts all the time, and that just doesn't sound like something you'd say to cause anyone hurt. Are you pretty young? Maybe you sort of said it without knowing what it means.
@Mooshki
ReplyDeleteHahahaha, I don't know if 888 will be back any time soon, he/she got pretty reamed out last time.
Nessa, I know you didn't mean anything by the "chinky" comment. Perhaps explaining that this is what kids say as a term for looking stoned, would be a better way to go next time. I have seen you commenting often, and would never say you are racist. You actually seem quite open minded. I think almost everyone here has been called out for a comment made at least once. Welcome to the club!
ReplyDelete888 is certifiable. Yesterday was the first time I really saw her in action. I was really waiting for Just Curious to step in and put her in her place.
ReplyDeleteMy nephew had to explain to me that it meant being stoned. I feel so old world.
ReplyDeleteI'm 26, and have never heard that term. Kids needed to be more creative.
ReplyDeleteIf I can't figure out a way to describe something that might possibly offend a poster, I just skip saying it altogether. I would rather not say anything than risk hurting someone's feelings. My kids look Asian so I've heard this shit before.
ReplyDeleteMango, Sizzurp/purple drank is the codeine cough syrup and it's mixed with (I think) grape soda.
ReplyDelete88 has a very blunt opinion. I will say that. Where has count j been? He always brings something creative to the convo. :) and I agree with tuxedo. If I know something is going to get me fired up I just stay out of it. I learned my lesson very quickly.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteUhh sounds like a fun time to me. JBeaver is a little douchey but the kid sure does know how to have a good night. I wonder if this is a move by his PR to permanently bring him down. Destroy the goody boy image, destroy the fan base. The kids who are into drugs and partying HATE Biebs, he has no market with them.
ReplyDeleteThe term chink eyes is big among kids my age (23) give or take a few years. I've heard it since I was in high school and I hear it now in my last year of college. The kids who say it don't think of it as racist, most think they are being clever and funny and have their own lingo that older or younger generations don't understand. It's the same way they throw around n***** and have no problem using it in everyday speech. When it comes to popularity and "swagger" people genuinely don't give a shit who they are insulting, as long as it makes them seem like a badass who says whatever they want to say.
That said, that is the only thing I have heard Nessa say that is offensive and she has been a big voice in a lot of controversial topics. Take it how you will, but I didn't see it as her being offensive or ignorant or blatantly racist. Maybe it's because I feel like I know you a little bit from posting and I feel like that isn't something you would say with bad intentions IMHO. Look how much I piss some people off without meaning too, it happens to the best of us girl.
BTW SJoy love the new avi!
Smash same here. I just ignore the ones I don't like altogether now, even if they rile me up. Whats the point? No use getting everyones panties in the wad over the interwebs.
ReplyDelete@Amanda
ReplyDeleteI must have missed your earlier post, it was really interesting.. I hadn't realized Bieber's people controlled everything like that.
@Jsierra aww very sweet of you! Thanks so much :-))
ReplyDeleteThe moral police on this board is getting a bit much. For the love of fucking god, Nessa didnt insult anyone personally. She used a word. Big fucking deal. You know if you all didnt get all offended when one used a possible racist word, it would take the power away from the word and make it benign. Just saying.
ReplyDelete@Stephanie actually no. Nessa used it without knowing how horrible and offensive a term it was. I think she deserved to be corrected Bc shes clearly a smart and not racist gal. Education does not equal moral police. And guess what? Words that are used to offend and degrade my race ARE a big fucking deal to me. Just saying.
DeleteAh, that old gem. Watch out, Stephanie, that is a favorite argument of guess who? Racists.
ReplyDeleteStephanie, it is called 'confirmation bias' statements. It is a copy and paste of rhetoric . Nothing more .
ReplyDelete"Moral police" as you call them abound in a civil society. Get used to it. And if you want to be an adult in society, learn that certain words hold the power to offend. If you want to hold a job, if you want to move in educated circles...it doesn't really matter how YOU intend for a word to be taken, it matters how society views that word.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is coming from the person who constantly argues that people go looking for offense and find it way too easily.
//rant
I just don't want people who are lurking to think that it's a bunch of racists here, or that people don't care enough to speak up. People of all races read this, and I think they should be able to come here and read without having to run into racist terms. Is there something wrong with that?
ReplyDeleteNo Tuxedo, there's not.
ReplyDeleteThere's only one race. Human.
ReplyDelete@Agent**lt
ReplyDeleteWell, I think we're more a species with races, some of which haven't treated the others very well. Ignoring colour is great, but ignoring the problems that go along with colour is not good.
If you use that as an argument saying "I wish people treated each other better" that's great, but if you just say that to shut people up, that's bad.
Wow. Chinky eyes is how a lot of kids these days deceive stoner eyes??? As an Asian American all I can say is what the fuck? Doesn't matter how many people use it "harmlessly" the fact is it's an extremely offensive word. I wish more people would understand this but am glad most of you CDANers get it.
ReplyDelete*describe. Not deceive. Effin autocorrect.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI think we are safe from the regular readers thinking we are a bunch of racist crazy cat ladies, hopefully newer ones realize that it wasn't said with malicious intent and can discern a mistake from the rantings of 888 and our other fellow haters.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness the step-discos are more concerned with Legos and pinewood derby cars than becomin famous. The only way this shit becomes a role model to children is if the parents allow it in their homes. We keep them away from mainstream media, though. We have the luxury because they're still so young. They like weezer, snow patrol, coheed and cambria, and I'm about to begin their intro to the flaming lips today as I make a dutch baby for breakfast. Quality time!
ReplyDeletewow, looks like Biebs is going the way of the Leif Garrett hella fast. *shakes head* Oh wells, in a year or three he'll be in the gutter begging for money going remember how famous I was?
ReplyDeleteI was just about to mention Leif Garrett, and how he probably thought it would never go away. Justin's just an album away from being a punchline.
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete@Smash - 888 doesn't have "a very blunt opinion" - he/she/it is downright racist and makes no bones about it. "I'd be bipolar and messed up too if I procreated with some wetback." "You and your bean baby... estupida." Cracks about Jews, wishing people had been aborted, "excited about the upcoming civil war so the world can finally be rid of" us pretentious a*holes.
ReplyDeleteI take it back - 888 is a racist troll with a lot of bait.
OK, first of all... pot is not "drugs". it's POT. it's not a big deal! The kid is nursing a broken heart, is constantly in the media, and needs to take a break sometimes. I don't see what the big deal is. It's NOT yayo- that would be completely different! This is normal behaviour. Justin Timberlake admitted years ago that he blazes because he has "an active mind". Soo... whatever? I don't see why this is news. lol The cough syrup though, that's just... odd. lol
ReplyDeletePS... "chinky eyes"??? umm totally inappropriate, racist. Just say "baked". So crass. Get some class, people.
ReplyDeleteThe meaning of class is subjective. I think its classes to keep piling on someone after the point has been made by others. Why must you take of upon yourself to be the 7th mutherfucker to state the "obvious". I don't get it.
ReplyDeleteDISCLAIMER : I've wanted.to address this for a while and was about to the other day but let it go, but this last comment pushed me over the edge. This comment isnot to single anyoneout it is to every person who does this. Its annoying and petty.
Um, every hotel is like the 4 seasons in that regard.
ReplyDelete
