Blind Item #3
This actor is probably B list. He would definitely be A list if not for his temper and womanizing. Women definitely do love him. Probably as much as he loves booze. He has a new television show that is going to start filming soon. He also got to pick one of his co-stars. Talk about a casting couch. He ended up casting a married C list actress more famous for something else.
Hmmm...Tate Donovan on Deception, Liev Schreiber on Ray Donovan
ReplyDeleteDeception already started, though. Ray Donovan starts in June.
ReplyDeleteI think Ray Donovan already began filming. Not positive, though.
ReplyDeleteWho's the c list married actress?
ReplyDeleteI saw that Mandy Moore is going to be starring in a pilot of the American version of Pulling, but I can't figure out a guy that's attached to it.
ReplyDeleteGOB just signed with CBS....Does this fit Amy Poehler's ex? (I refuse to call him his real name, if he cheated on Amy.)
ReplyDeleteI love you.
DeleteWhen I think of temper/womanizing, I mostly think of Alec Baldwin and Christian Bale. And Mel Gibson.
ReplyDeleteOkay, so those are all "temper," actually. Womanizing is a whole other set of characters.
@libby - I half wondered about him. They're also going to start filming Arrested Development pretty soon. Is he known for being kind of a drunk?
ReplyDeleteSarah Michelle geller for 'c list actress
ReplyDeleteThe only info about the show I'm getting is that it's from the guy who did "My Name s Earl", no co-star news.
ReplyDeleteAmber---Enty has hinted that Will was a drunk, or some kind of substance abuser.
ReplyDeleteThese reads just a little like a Hamm bone doesn't it? but I don't think he's on another new show. That would be too much Hamm.
Arrested Development -- Isla Fisher has a role -- but she must be higher than a C, no?
Arnett is a confessed alcoholic.
ReplyDeleteSean Bean/Ali Larter or Amber Valletta? They're in a new TNT pilot.
ReplyDeleteHmm...Arrested Development isn't really a "new" show though. And I'm not sure what Isla Fischer would be more known for. Unfortunately, I got nothing else.
ReplyDeleteI get the feeling that the comment "more famous for something else" refers to her sexual skills.
ReplyDeleteooh..wendy. I like the Sean Bean guess.
ReplyDeleteI really like Wendy's Sean Bean guess. I didn't know he had a pilot with TNT, but if Amber Valleta is co-starring, that fits perfectly. She made her fame modeling.
ReplyDeleteYou guys---Amy Poehler's ex Will signed for a NEW show on CBS, I was NOT talking 'AD'.
ReplyDeleteOK I like Sean Bean so Ali Larter? Probably she is more likely than Tina Majorina for the casting couch. Ouch, too harsh?
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was Jonathan Rhys Meyers, but I don't think the women cast on his new show, Dracula, fit the bill.
ReplyDeleteThat was my first guess too.
DeleteOoh Libby you are right, that's pretty much the nail in the coffin for up all night then right? Hmm wonder who the costar is.
ReplyDeleteI think it's Tate Donovan. I remember hearing he had a horrible temper and is quite mentally/emotionally abusive to women.
ReplyDeleteThe co-star: Katherine LaNasa, who is married and is know for being a ballet dancer.
What about Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar doing a new sitcom together? Not a pretty picture but it might just work!
ReplyDelete@libby ohhhhhhhhhhh obviously i need coffee sorry
ReplyDeleteMr. Selfridge stars Entourage's Jeremy Piven as the title character.
ReplyDeleteI don't know who the actress would be and it's on PBS, I would hope PBS is a little classier than stooping to casting couch for roles
I think Wendy has it. The other shows mentioned are not in the "going to start filming soon" category. "Deception" has already aired several episodes, "Ray Donovan" is already filming, & the untitled pilot for Will Arnett isn't far enough along yet. His involvement is contingent on "Up all Night" being canceled so his contract is done, & that hasn't officially happened yet.
ReplyDeleteI don't know who Sean Bean is but as soon as Ali Larter was mentioned, I figured you all were right. I think from old previous posts Enty knows Ali Larter, so she could be the source for the information with the model being the C list actress
ReplyDeleteVery weird, why would he get to pick one of his co-stars?
ReplyDelete@crila - that's my gut feeling.
ReplyDeleteMAC - Sean Bean played Borimor in LOTR and Ned Stark in GoT. He's a great guess. He definitely has a strong female following, but he is a known drunk. He got arrested recently in London if I recall. There are also abuse allegations from his ex (don't recall the details, sorry).
ReplyDeleteThey've mostly finished shooting Arrested Development, and it's going to be released in May. Woo hoo!!!
ReplyDeleteLOL! I don't think women love Piven.
ReplyDeleteRobin Williams!
ReplyDeleteTate Donovan is the Good Luck Chuck of actress stardom. He was living with Jennifer Aniston at the time Friends became huge & half the women in America got a Rachel haircut. Then he was engaged to Sandra Bullock when Speed made her a huge movie star. I'm surprised all ambitious starlets don't take him out for a whirl in case the magic rubs off on them too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Stephani! I watch GOT, so I guess I do know who he is, lol.
ReplyDeleteHa! I find Piven gross too but he does get a hell of a lot of ladies somehow. I'm always wrong anyway!
ReplyDeletedude I love GoT but who are the women who love Ned Stark/Sean Bean? Are there really a lot of women who love him? I like his acting but I would have to be roofied out of my mind to find him attractive.
ReplyDeleteSean Bean Look good tho. I mean Look good good. Like I cheat with him look good. Im sure the husband understand. I mean we all have a Top five. No? Okay I'll shut up
ReplyDeleteEh Never mind he looks busted now but in his prime. Yes!
ReplyDeleteOT Tate Donovan, CZJ, Michael Douglas and Ali Larter are all 9/25babies.
ReplyDeleteI got nothing on this one.

I love Ned Stark, but not Sean Bean. Once I heard of Sean's assholey antics it totally ruined Ned for me, for the first time ever I was glad he died early on.
ReplyDeleteMatthew Fox.
ReplyDeleteMatthew Fox was my first guess too, but I don't see any new TV shows for him.
DeleteWill Arnett used to be an alcoholic but he stopped drinking in 2001 right before he met Amy. Haven't heard anything about him having a temper, though I think he'd be capable of one. The new Arrested Development episodes already finished filming, and I don't think he's started filming for his new show yet.
ReplyDeleteRay Donovan definitely started shooting in January. I have a friend who worked on an episode last month.
ReplyDeleteJohn Stamos is returning to NBC as the lead of I Am Victor. Not sure if he has a temper or not.
