Amanda Bynes Had Open Door Policy

I have heard of an open door policy at work, but really is there/ When your boss says my door is always open it really isn't. It is just some cliche that someone thought sounded really good a long time ago. Well, if you are Amanda Bynes she takes the whole open door thing literally. The NY Post interviewed some of her neighbors after they got Amanda evicted and they said that Amanda had her door open all the time. As in never closed and open to the hall. She also had red light bulbs installed in every electrical outlet. Was this her own redlight district? Would you go inside and find her posing in a window? Neighbors said that when she moved in she went and knocked on doors and introduced herself and then just became weird. Sounds like some of my dates after they watch me eat. One time at 2am, Amanda was laughing hysterically to herself as she walked to the lobby. She then stopped and turned around and went back to her apartment quietly.
