Stella McCartney had a little shindig and got the Seinfelds and the Baldwins to show up.
Glenn Close was there looking fabulous and
Kim Cattrall looking like she has had some work done was also there.
The first photo of Brad Pitt since he might have got married. Didn't say anything at LAX.

After all the baby weight comments for so long, I have zero problem with Hilary Duff showing off how good she looks now. Good for her!

Stella has an epic bitchface. That's usually a quality I admire, but she looks as if she thinks she's better than everyone else.

I think Leo is really good looking, even if it looks as if he spent too many hours at the tanning salon.

Nobody would mistake Jessica Seinfeld as an 'actual person with actual feelings' ... well, except for selfish, vain, money-grubbing, narcissistic, etc feelings. They are human feelings too, but it sure seems like J Seinfeld got all the bad ones, doesn't it!!!

DeleteI love Jessica Chastain so much. I concur with those who say she and Leo are cute together, but based on his usual girlfriends I suspect she's too smart, too old, too talented and not enough of a starf**cker to be Leo's type.

ReplyDeleteSeinfeld wife's dress is fug prob a Stella McCartney. I want to like her clothes I really do -I love Paul but geez they're not good. The rumor is the real designing talent was her ex partner at Chloe, Pheobe Philo. She was Stella's assistant but after Stella left Pheobe stayed on with Chloe. If you look at her clothes through the years it makes sense.

Ahh...I was looking at her recent designs thinking they suck, but that I used to like her stuff. Last year those short patterned dresses with the wavy sheer panels, so fug.
DeleteKim Cattrall was actually about five feet away from me this evening (with Lou Reed!) and she looked absolutely fantastic. I thought "that looks like a young Kim Cattrall" and darned if it wasn't the same old one, but with a new face.

Pretty sure Hilaria and Jessica are both wearing dresses by Stella...apparently that's what people do when they go support a designer, they wear their stuff, so I've heard.

ReplyDeleteThe pic of Amanda S is kind of a double-take. Every time we see a crappy photo of a celeb, think of the 10k photographers mobbing them on the carpet. 9,999 photos, and the one where the celeb looks like she's angry/high/annoyed/bloated is the one that gets published.
Jessica C - is she ever comfortable in a photo? Leo looks like a lawyer friend.
Can't jump on the Anne Hathaway Hate Train, nor the Natalie Portman Hate Caboose. They are both very talented actors whose screw-ups are far tamer than many of the actors that populate the articles and blinds.

ReplyDeletew/ Leo putting his arm around Chastain, I hope that she brought some hand sanitizers so she can quickly disinfect her arm. Glenn Close does look amazing and it's soooo nice to see a woman that isn't classically beautiful age so amazingly and not jack up her face like so many other younger ones do, plus look how she's shining, glowing, with the look of inner beauty,spirit and intelligence.

ReplyDeleteFlirtyChick74, Anne H and her husband may very well be selfish, but the dog not having a coat or sweater certainly isn't evidence of that. A dog that large and that breed wouldn't need to be covered up unless the temperature was below zero and it had to be outside for an extended period of time. And it has been above freezing in New York (nearly 50F at times) this week. A coat would be more harmful (the dog could possibly overheat - my two dogs would) than helpful, honestly.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people I know can't stand Stella largely because she's a no-talent hack who had an undeserved career handed to her because her father was a Beatle.
Her clothes are crap - ugly, poorly designed, extremely unflattering to women's bodies (exhibit A: what Seinfeld's wife is wearing) - and she just gets richer. On the rare occasion she accidentally hits one out of the park, I consider it along the lines of the proverbial monkey typing Shakespeare. (Or it was the work of one of her underlings. Flip a coin.)
