Marisa Tomei Is Finally Getting Married

I was wondering if it was ever going to happen, but apparently Marisa Tomei is actually going to get married. At 48 years old you would have expected her to have already gone through at least two or three marriages but she has yet to walk down the aisle. Over the holidays her boyfriend of four years, Logan Marshall Green proposed and Marisa said yes. Previously Marisa has said she is opposed to marriage. Of course she said that when had been dumped by a ton of guys and was assuming she would never get proposed to. She obviously changed her mind or would not have said yes.

    I am on the Marisa plan. My BF and I have been together forever and neither have been married before. He is 47 and I am less than that!

    Everyone thinks we are weirdos, but marriage freaks me out. It will be 13 years in April!!! Maybe this will be the year since the Mayan Apocolypse didn't happen. Ha!

      @dia my cousin and her partner have been together for nearly 20 years an have 3 kids together and no wedding! One of best relationships I've ever seen :)

      My BF and I have been 5 years and I can't see us getting married anytime soon! :)

    @dia my brother and his gf have been together for almost 13 years, they started dating in middle school and now have 2 wonderful children and even tho they are not married, i consider her my SIL. They have no plans to marry and are happy they way it is.

    I clicked over to comment that he looked like Tom Hardy -- everyone beat me to it! He's a hottie-good for her! I'm in my early 40s, been with my guy for 14 years and no marriage plans on the horizon. We did get engaged three years ago...but you can see how fast we're moving on that. LOL If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

    She looks great and her fiancée is hot!! Good for her for waiting rather than marry the wrong person just for the sake of being married. I was with my now husband for seven years before we finally got married and that was great for us. Everyone has their own different path to take.

    I am on the opposite of the Marisa plan, at 37 I have two divorces under my belt. Wonderful girlfriend is very understanding of me not being in a hurry to get back into the marriage business. We are very happily living in sin.

    I didn't think I'd ever get married..., 3 years ago, at 47, I hadn't even had a real relationship for 15 years! But then I re-acquainted with a childhood friend and married him 2 months later and moved back to my eensy weensy home town in the great white north of the Upper Peninsula.

    Yes, after spending 30 years looking for love in Chicago and San Francisco, I literally married the boy next door.

    I love Marisa and I really really hope that she has found her true love. I hope he dosen't turn out to be a douche. She is very low key, not alotta scandals nad she is really funny and I think she is a good actor....especially in the movie 'Cyrus'.

    I love her - ever since the "As The World Turns" days. Her and Meg Ryan can do no wrong. And that horrible rumor that Jack Palance mistakenly called out her name for her Oscar needs to die. She did indeed deserve it, and Snopes says it's BS, so that's good enough for me.

    Her fiance is HOT. Better late than never, and better never than being chained to a douche. Good for her!
