Erika Christensen Tries To Explain Scientology - Says They Don't Worship Rabbits
For someone who has been in the religion since she was a child, Erika Christensen doesn't really seem to be able to explain their beliefs very well.

She speaks Scio pretty good. "It's the study of study, the knowing of knowingness. It's the access of beingness in the havingness of the knowingness, too, and the study of how to study the knowingness of beingness."
ReplyDeleteLol f*****g great.
DeleteOmg! Hilarious!
DeleteOmg! Hilarious!
DeleteIt's odd that she's explaining all the ground-level entry-level stuff, the stuff that isn't so weird that you would run screaming from the org as soon as they say it. It's like she's been trained to talk about the subject for an audience of non-Scientologists ....
ReplyDeleteI hate that she's a Scientologist because I love her on Parenthood and want her to be safe and away from those crazies.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't bring myself to watch this, so thanks, Barton Fink for the summary!
ReplyDeleteIf anyone's interested, Paul Haggis is being interviewed tonight on Rock Center (NBC) at 10:00 pm. Looks interesting.
funny she doesn't mention that it costs about $250,000 to go up the ladder. And of course they don't worship rabbits, Xenu wouldn't have it.
ReplyDeleteBillion year contract. 'Nuff said
ReplyDelete@SusanB thanks for that, between Lance and Paul tonight I got a big night of TV!
ReplyDeleteI need to Dvr that. I always want to watch rock Center but I'm usually asleep after The Office.
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched this, after watching Nancy Many's story last night the sight of any Scientologist just makes me angry, BUT rabbits? Seriously? Who the hell ever thought they worshipped rabbits?
ReplyDeleteAgree with Timebob, sounds like there's some must see tv tonight. Thanks Susan!
ReplyDeleteit's all just subterfuge @Gayeld
ReplyDeleteThe wannabe quasi-intellectual description she tried to use not only roundly means nothing, but also made my head hurt.
ReplyDeleteI'm really surprised the evil midget didn't try to make Tammy procreate with Erika. They seem like the perfect mach.
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell kind of drivel is this? Can she hear herself?
ReplyDeleteI thought they were alien hunters.....
ReplyDeleteI think I'd appreciate them more if they worshiped rabbits. Rabbits are awesome. It would be better than worshiping a failed science fiction writer.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Ha that's what I was thinking.
DeleteNothing is ever going to make them sound like they are rational and healthy.
ReplyDeleteWas confused because I was thinking of Helena Christensen the model, so this is someone else huh?
ReplyDeleteI could not get through this video, my thoughts kept running back to the movie traffic where she is babbling away while on heroin...so eerily similar!
ReplyDeleteBunnies aren't just cute like everybody supposes
ReplyDeleteThey've got them hoppy legs & twitchy little noses
And what's with all the carrots -
What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?
BUNNIES! IT MUST BE BUNNIES!
It must be bunnies!!!! Omg I love Anya and Buffy!!
DeleteYessssss! I was just going to ask if anyone else got Buffy stuck in their head with this...
DeleteLOL. Prolixe
ReplyDeleteI watched Nancy Many's story on the ID channel last night about Scientology.
ReplyDeleteShe joined in 1971 when she was just 20 yrs old. What a story !
If you get a chance to watch it, do so.
And who the hell thinks Scientologists worship rabbits ?!?? Nobody, Erika... Idiot.
I just can't anymore with the Scios, but I will fuck with them if I see them on a street corner or at a kiosk at a convention. Psssst! Come with me! I'll take you to a safe house! Though I don't know what I'd do if one of those poor saps takes me up on my offer.
ReplyDeleteHere comes all the scio propaganda. Isn't there a big exposé book coming out tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteA low IQ is necessary ...
ReplyDeleteI'm not defending Scientology at all, but I have to say that most adherents of any religion do a bad job at trying to explain it to non-believers. Most people have never even read the holy book they supposedly ascribe their beliefs to. It doesn't surprise me that Scientologists are the same.
ReplyDeleteHave a whole row of seats. The brand of crazy that you are selling is not one we want to buy today.
ReplyDeleteLeporidology! I think that's something we could all support.
ReplyDeleteUGH, doubletalking.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe there are Buddhist Scientologists. I call Bullshite. That makes no sense. Also, I dislike Erika Christensen, even though I don't know her personally.
ReplyDeleteLaughing my head off at Barton Fink's opening comment :D
