ReplyDeleteBethany sounds like a good guess. Maybehe gets her or just knows how to handle her. Maybe she respects him so much that she tones it down a bit. This could b the first time in her life that she feels security and doesn't feel the need for the armour.

Maybe her Skinny Girl empire is having financial problems? BTW if this is her she's been a real winner in the marriage dept. This will be #3 and she's only managed a 2 yr marriage to Jason and 1 year to another guy in the 90's. She's a prize!

ReplyDeleteThis screams Frankel. The “situation” could be that she’s facing additional lawsuits from folks still trying to jump on the Skinny Girl train? Maybe she’s trying to unload that ridiculous apartment from the last season of her Bravo show and set up camp in L.A. or Beverly Hills - which is what she wanted ALL ALONG.

Deep down she always aspired to be a gold-digger and she’s got the self-centeredness nailed, but she’s too shrewish and opinionated for the job. She should THANK GOD every day that Skinny Girl blew-up and sent her to the Moon 5 seconds before the expiration date ran-out for trading on her cooch.
If this is her, she should stop fame-whoring long enough to open her eyes. This new “Savior” might have wealth that is just smoke and mirrors. If some guy is truly loaded, why in the HELL would he put up with Bethenny’s shit? Bitch is too much work. He might be high profile but in serious debt or have a family name and no $$. I smell a Ponzi schemer or bullshit artist slithering into her life to drain her dry.
Then again, I could simply be on Investigation Discovery overload! Either way: “Keep climbing, Frankel! You’ll get everything you deserve.”
She doesn't need money from someone to bail her out. She's got more than p,entry on her own.

She allegedly got big bank from the sale of her Skinny Girl cocktail, although she might have taken a beating from her other Skinny Girl line o' stuff not selling, like makeup and underwear. I saw the makeup in a Wal-Mart (don't judge) end cap collecting dust.

ReplyDeleteThere rumor is the the whole $100 million figure for SG was probably inflated by a pretty fair amount, which makes an awful lot more sense than the license for SG drinks actually going for that much. Bethenny probably made a ton of money on it, but considering how much she extended herself with all the lifestyle brands stuff and most likely other business ventures and of course costs... I could see her being in some trouble. That said, I think she 1) had a good prenup, and 2) probably has some of her personal assets separate from her corporate assets and doesn't want to use her own wealth to cover any SG problems.

ReplyDeleteanyone remember the divorced guy wth 3 kids that bethany was dating when she joined housewives? big wall street guy. LOADED. i stopped watching after her first seasn, but there was a pretty strong (as in unhealthy) pull in that relationship. wouldn't be surprised if it was him.
