Blind Item #1 - Easy Easy Easy
This B list celebrity who hosts a show or two and is recently married caused a big commotion yesterday. Reason? He never wears his wedding ring except when he is on the air because it interferes with his flirting vibe and yesterday when he went to put it on it came flying out of his pocket and rolled away causing a mad scramble to get it back and a laughing production crew who told him that is what he gets for not wearing it.

A very good friend of mine never wears one either. When I first met him, I did think it was strange, but now that I know him well, it is no reflection on his marriage. Then again, my friend is, thankfully, no A.C. Slater.
ReplyDeleteHubby never wears ring, because of work. I wear one when i wear rings, which isnt everyday. Doesnt mean anything. We heading into our 43rd year, so its all good, lol
DeleteWay too easy! of course it's Mario. I don't even feel sorry for the wife because if she didn't know what she was getting when she married him then she is dumber than a box of rocks.
ReplyDeleteI know alot of people who are married who do not wear a ring..female and male. I wear mine because I feel naked without it..however I cannot sleep in my rings.

ReplyDelete@rhinovodka - thanks for the info! He has talked in interviews in the past about wanting kids. It doesn't sound like the best situation if it's not someone he's with anymore, but I bet he'll be a good dad.

ReplyDeleteI don't really know why a person wouldn't want to wear his or her wedding ring, unless it's physically uncomfortable or one works at a job where it's dangerous.
ReplyDeleteI don't comment often..but I'm on a beach in Thailand and cannot help myself. Sorry for bragging but that is just my point. If this guy isn't wearing his wedding ring and bragging..so what? Right? How can you know?? But it's AC FUcking slater. If you want to date him then you def know what's up. This isn't a blind..it's just ridiculous. Seriously. Just ask yourself , "what would Jesse do?"

DeleteMy husband and I don't wear rings. We've been together 30 years. We're just not into that kind of thing. However for awhile I did wear a ring on that finger so men would stop hitting on me, it got annoying. Now that I'm approaching crone age, I don't have that problem anymore!

DeleteMy life is nothing short of amazing and it's mostly because of my sexy husband:) the beach is just the cherry. If I could transport myself back to the peach pit (after vacation of course), I would order the biggest milk shake and watch Belding school his ass. Omg. Time for bed;) love you all. You all brought great happiness to my life during a crazy difficult time. Gossip on!

ReplyDeleteI wear my wedding rings and some other rings, but constantly take them on and off depending on what I'm doing.
People in health care often don't wear their rings at work because they have to wash their hands so much, and wear gloves. A lot of us used to pin them to our scrubs with safety pins.
I cannot hear Mario's name anymore without that creepy underwear Christmas tree pic popping in my head.
ReplyDeleteI don't wear any kind of jooree. Mainly due to when I was a kid I was involved in an accident, and severed tendons and nerves in my hand. During the many months of occupational and physiotherapy I saw people who were in a much worse state than me, due to wearing jewelry of some sort, mainly rings.
ReplyDeleteI won't describe any of their accidents as it's getting close to dinner time here.
@Tuxedo - DH and I don't wear our rings either. Rings only tell other people your marital status; they really have nothing to do with your relationship.

ReplyDelete@singblue....yeah, I knew someone who wouldn't wear rings---one of her fingers was severed because her ring got caught on a fence of some sort. :(
ReplyDeleteMy ring doesn't fit, because I lost a few pounds and apparently some of it was in my hands. My husband lost his because he got into an ant bed and had a screaming hand flapping conniption. It sailed off his hand and is probably a jungle gym for some little lady bugs now.

ReplyDeleteMr & I both have lovely wedding rings that we only wear on special occasions.
He doesn't because his dad almost had his finger severed when his wedding ring was caught on a piece of machinery. They were able to stop it in time but FIL hasn't worn a ring since, and Mr works in a job that requires him to sometimes be very hands-on with equipment.
I don't wear a ring because I do a lot of painting and cooking, and rings just bother my hands.
If this guy is only wearing his ring for show, JERK and haha at the crew laughing at him. Serves your jerkface right.
I worked for a firefighter who said a lot of them don't wear wedding rings. He then told us a gruesome story about a fellow FF who got his ring caught on the roof rack of his RV.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I wasn't dissing wedding rings at at all (where couples have an understanding). I meant that it was really sneaky for a person to remove it in order to flirt, pick up women / men more effectively...
