This A-list actor is fairly recently married and even has a child. Although he has had a serious drug problem in the past, most people thought it was just that, in the past. His previous drug use had caused him to be turned down for several roles which could have made him an even larger star. Because of the drugs, he was forced to take some roles that most actors in his position would turn down without a thought. Until his current marriage, his relationships were always on and off, depending on his drug use. Once everyone thought he was clean, they began hiring him again and again. Now however, back-to-back-to-back-to-back films without a break and a long absence from his wife allowed him to resume his old ways and habits. He still has a few films in the pipeline, but their dates keep getting pushed back to see whether or not he can kick his habit or whether he will be back to his old ways.

Talk about crash and burn. This singer was A list. Sold out concerts all over the world. Had the entire world at her feet and then lost pretty much all of it. Our singer has always had diva in her. She needed to be the center of attention and when she hit it big that attention was multiplied and she loved it. With that attention came lots of people saying yes. Saying yes has led to lots of alcohol problems for her. That was the start of the decline. She was binge drinking and pretty much never said no to any male or female. At the height of her fame was also the height of her issues. She was sleeping 18 hours a day and barely functioning. She decided to get her life straight and be faithful to one person and she did. Things began to improve. She quit drinking for a long time and started working out. She had another hit album. Then came the tour that nearly destroyed her. Away from her significant other she started getting into bad habits and drinking and sleeping around and this time she was not going to be deterred from being a diva. Her demands became crazier. She would wake up people in the middle of the night just to have them bring her coffee and then go back out for tea and then our diva wouldn't drink any of it. She expected people to be there all the time for her. She loved the power. She was invincible and then it all came crashing down. She refused to listen to producers or her label for her next album and it died. She refused to support it and yelled at everyone and would shoulder none of the blame. With sales declining and no touring, our diva's antics were not as tolerated. People started telling her no. She binged and binged until her significant other dumped her after getting tired of the cheating which she was not even bothering to disguise anymore. Her life is still out of control, but she manages to cope. She goes through periods of sobriety followed by binge drinking. She found someone who lets her be with whoever she wants to be as long as he is well taken care of by her.

Janet Jackson Won't Stop

Janet Jackson is like that villain at the end of the movie who you think is dead but suddenly springs up again and tries to kill you one last time. You would think after the events of the past week that Janet and Rebbie and Randy Jackson would back off their vicious fight against the rest of the family and Michael's estate. Nope. They are not going to stop until they either get rid of the executors or get a nice big fat check to shut up and go away. That is what they want. There is nothing else they can gain by their actions. They just want to be the biggest pains they can and hope they get some money for going away. Apparently they are thinking of numbers in the $2M-$5M range to go away. I say forget them because all they are doing is making themselves look crazy and LaToya probably can't wait to show all of this on her new show.

Doctor From 20/20 And The Doctors Arrested For Filming Naked Patients

Lance Everett Wyatt, a doctor who has been on 20/20 and The Doctors and is a very well known plastic surgeon has been arrested for filming his patients naked without their consent. They would get undressed and his camera would start rolling. He faces six counts of unlawful filming and two counts of sexual battery. Dr. Wyatt faces up to two years in prison. He was named one of Ebony's 50 leaders of tomorrow. Sounds like he might be leading from jail and without a doctor's license.

Gabby Douglas & The Monkey Commercial

I know NBC says their ad placement of Animal Practice was inadvertent and apologized for showing a monkey doing gymnastics immediately after Gabby Douglas won the gold medal. I am not sure I believe them. They just made a very quick and terse apology and said that was sufficient. I think they wanted to generate some controversy so people would actually watch that show. It does not matter when they showed the ad, Gabby Douglas was expected to win gold or silver in the all around and that has been known for months and months. Why would you even agree to film a monkey doing gymnastics when you know that Gabby was going to be competing?

Courtney Stodden Finally Inks That Couples Therapy Show

Courtney Stodden and her 100 year old confused husband may indeed be having marital issues which require therapy, especially therapy that is going to air on television, but I want you to keep this in mind. Last season the couple was going to be on the show but the price was not right and they thought they were still huge stars who deserved way more money. Apparently, they changed their mind or the producers increased the amount they were willing to pay. This is not something that came out of the blue. They finally opened their eyes to the fact that no one wants to give them their own reality show and they are going to have to share with others. I didn't watch one second of the last season of the show and I don't think I will of this one. It is just not a premise that interests me. Have any of you watched it before?

Kasey Kahl Charged With Assault And Inhaling Paint 7 Months After Arrest

Kasey Kahl was finally charged with assault and being a paint inhaler after an incident that happened way back in January. That was so long ago that people actually knew who Kasey Kahl was at that time. He was almost relevant back then. I think he and that other Bachelor contestant had just broken up. Yeah, it is pretty tough to remember her name too isn't it? Vienna Girardi. You know what Vienna does now? Sends Tweets to Linda Hogan hoping they can hang out and also acting as a personal dating coach. You know, because all of her relationships have turned out golden.

Anyway, prosecutors finally decided they had enough to charge Kasey seven months after the fact which means their case probably sucks, and if he is convicted faces 8 years in jail, which in California translates to 15 to 30 minutes. Depending on whether the people processing you are on lunch.

Well, OWN has officially given up trying to be a network and has handed over the keys to the crazy people. They have decided to give LaToya Jackson a reality show. Will I watch the first one? Of course. I want to see LaToya. After that though, what will be there to see? Someone who is trying to climb up the ladder to the G list with hopes of someday making the D list again before she dies? The cameras are going to follow her daily adventures and businesses. So, if you have ever wondered if celebrities are available to open a pet store in Des Moines or a car wash in Omaha, come with OWN as they follow LaToya Jackson from $100 paycheck to $100 paycheck. Four For Friday - His List Is Long

It's Friday. The end of a long work week. It feels like the summer weeks when you are working are the longest because everyone else is on vacation. I will be here all weekend and will have a blind reveal tomorrow. I will try and find something extra juicy. If you have not already done so, please follow me on Twitter @entylawyer. I try and discuss things on there that I don't here and do it much more briefly with lots of abbreviations and missing words to make it all fit.

Lets talk about the cheating this B+ movie actor has done on his B= list actress girlfriend over the past few years. It only seems fair. Lots you will know, but many you won't. The list numbers about 10. The most salacious to me was the marriage he broke up. She used to be a B+ television actress on a very hit show. She got married and had some problems. She got back together with her husband then auditioned for a movie with our actor. The chemistry was instant. By the time they started filming her marriage was over and our actor and actress were in bed everyday. One time they were joined by one of his other long time female co-stars.

Threesomes are nothing new. Our actor and his best friend who is also an actor took an actress with them on a European trip. Sex and booze and threesomes the entire time. The actress had previously had a relationship with our actor and she even co-starred with him in another role that required sex scenes. She said they were real. Remember, this is all going on while he is dating the B+ list actress from the first paragraph.

There were always the flings with his co-stars. That happened before during and after. There was the European burlesque dancer. Oh, and a couple of models. There is the night he got drunk and made the ultimate mistake and slept with someone who should not be slept with unless you have a quadruple strength latex bodysuit. She has actually started getting work again. There was the C list Australian actress and the reality star from VH-1. Oh, there was the co-star of the actress that had her marriage broken because of him. That was an interesting one. There was the daughter of one of the director's of a movie he starred in. He told her he wanted to be with her forever, but didn't really mean it. He just wanted to sleep with her. There are a few more, but no one would know who they are.

Cuba Gooding Must Have Written A Really Big Check

And just like that, the bartender who was shoved twice in New Orleans by Cuba Gooding Jr. has decided not to press charges. The bartender did not talk to the media, but her bosses did and said they wanted to put the whole matter behind them and that their employee had decided not to press charges. Hmm. So maybe it was a check from Cuba and her bosses. The owners love celebrities coming to their bar so they need to make them feel welcome. It is easy to find a new employee. Hard to find a celebrity. It just seems magical that one day there were going to be charges and the next there aren't. I wonder how much it cost. I bet it did not cost as much as we think. $25K maybe. We are not talking millions here because Cuba is not a million dollar actor. He is a guy who had one memorable role and has tried to make a living off it since.

Pauly D Made $11M Last Year - Just As A DJ

Most DJ's are lucky to make a few hundred bucks a weekend and they can be very very good. Of course they are also not on a television show seen by millions of people. Last year, just as a DJ, Pauly D earned $11M. Yep. He made the most by far of any of his fellow Jersey Shore cast mates and is closing in on Kim Kardashian territory for the most by a reality star. Pauly D ranked 7th last year in earnings. Afrojack made $9M last year which is probably the reason Paris Hilton followed him around like puppy dog. Tiesto made over $20M to rank as number one and it would be a damn shame if he was overtaken by Pauly D. Tiesto headlines concerts and sells 20,000 tickets. Pauly D shows up at a Vegas club and is asked to DJ as part of his promotional duties. I'm not saying he isn't good, but Tiesto is the best.

Oh, and her willingness to do anything for a musician she likes. Back before the A list actress got involved with her husband, our then B list actress and him hooked up. Sometimes alone and sometimes with her then celebrity boyfriend. Over the years, our former B list actress has kept in touch with the musician and when he comes to town or needed a companion on the road he would give her a call and if she was available, she would come running. It stopped happening when he first got married and also when the former B list actress got clean, but things happen and they were in the same city and it happened again and the A list actress wife found out.

OJ Simpson's Ex-Girlfriend To Plead Guilty To Robbery & Drug Charges

Christie Prody dated OJ Simpson for 13 after he was acquitted of killing Ron Goldman & Nicole Simpson. Over the years Christie has confirmed that OJ did kill them and has a lot more stories to tell she says about other things OJ has done that he was not caught doing. Well, Christie has her own issues after she was caught on camera stealing pills from her nursing patients. Christie's case was supposed to go to trial next month but she is going to plead guilty to drug and robbery charges in Moorhead, MN. Tameka Foster Says Usher Was Faking Sympathy For His Dying Stepson

You would think the death of someone that Tameka Foster and usher cared about would bring them closer together. Not like getting back together again, but at least civil to each other. Nope. Tameka says that Usher only visited Kile in the hospital once during the two weeks he was on life support. She also says the only reason Usher wanted their custody hearing continued is that Usher was afraid he was going to lose because no judge would rile against a mother who lost her child so tragically. Tameka says that Usher did not do it to be nice. These two really hate each other. I'm still not sure what they ever saw in each other. I think Tameka let usher explore some things he wanted and needed to explore and did so with a non-judgmental eye and kept quiet about it. No matter the hatred, none of those taboo subjects have come up yet although it would be really fun if they did.

Katherine Jackson Says She Was Basically Kidnapped

Katherine Jackson managed to convince a judge yesterday that she should be the co-guardian of Michael Jakcson's kids. She will share the duties with TJ Jackson. That is the right way to go. Katherine loves the kids but anyone who believes people when they say the doctor ordered a trip to Arizona and that the doctor does not want her to use any communication devices should not be fully in charge of kids. I still can't quite figure out what Michael's siblings thought was going to happen. The only thing I can think of is they were trying to get their hands on money that is coming in now because even if this will was thrown out they still wouldn't get anything. I'm just glad the kids are ok and have stopped with the Tweets that made it sound like they were scared for their lives.

Robert Pattinson Is Missing

It turns out that Robert Pattinson is not staying at Reese Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai. Apparently some tabloid went out there and camped out and didn't see the guy. So, he is missing, but for those of you who have hopes and dreams that Rob and Kristen Stewart will reunite and be together, they are talking. That would come as great news for Summit who contrary to their public statements about the movie and the press tour are worried a lot about how this is going to play out. They want the press tour to be about the movie and not the personal drama between the pair. They are afraid that neither one of them will stick around past the first question about the affair and that each press run will be a nightmare. Plus, since it is the last movie, both of them might just say f**k it and walk away and not do anything. That would be the more likely scenario for Robert since he does not really care if he is in big studio films, but Kristen does so does not want to make anyone angry at her.

The Enquirer Rolls The Bus Over Macaulay Culkin Again

After Macaulay Culkin and his people spent the better part of a day and a half denying the whole addicted to heroin and oxycontin story the Enquirer ran, and were talking about lawsuits and such, The Enquirer stepped up to the plate and swung again and told Macaulay that he should get professional help or he would suffer the same fate as his friend who died of an overdose earlier this year. The Enquirer then named one of their sources. It turns out the family of Elijah Rosello confirmed that Elijah and Macaulay had done drugs together prior to Elijah's drug related death in March. I think The Enquirer named a name so Macaulay would realize he had no place to go and would back off. Since the statement was released yesterday there has not been a peep from any of his people.
