Katy Perry Does The Hiding Under A Table Thing

Apparently john Mayer and Katy Perry were having a bite to eat at the Polo Lounge. Russell Brand walked in and Katy saw him and managed to get under the table. I guess John didn't know what she was doing so assumed he was going to get some lunchtime action so unzipped his pants and leaned back and then Russell came over and sat down and this was going to be awkward, but then again, John can be a freak and is not afraid to show it. OK, absolutely none of this happened except for Katy going under the table when Russell Brand walked in but why would you hide under the table? Are you that afraid of confrontation? Can't just say hi and move on with your day. Russell never saw John or Katy and when he was seated, Katy got out from under the table and then she and John ran out the door. Strange.
