For the most part I have been trying to ignore the Katt Williams arrest record in the past month and have been waiting for the end game. You can't go into a tailspin like this so fast and so deeply without either heading for a 90 day stay in rehab or dying. You just can't keep up this pace. When there are children involved or present, it kind of ups the ante a lot and yesterday Katt was arrested and charged with child endangerment after Child Protective Services found a bunch of illegal drugs and lots of guns in the house with his four kids. The four kids are safe now, but bail was just set at $100K which is nothing for Katt and then it will be right back to where it was. We have seen how violent Katt can get in the past month. Guns, kids, drugs, and Katt? Not a good combination.
What tipped them off to search the house?

ReplyDeleteSmh he needs help! I think he fostered or adopted the kids. He either needs substance abuse rehab and/or has untreated mental health to help get them back. Katt doesnt need to be in jail he is an easy butt target! Js

I don't have any doubt Katt is deeply in psychosis, drugs set it off, I feel, but he's assaulted and threatened loads of people in the past six weeks, so to be honest this seems overdue. With the IRS tax lein, can he bail out? With any luck he can't, and gets a psych eval in lockup.

ReplyDeleteKatt adopted the other children of his babymama (hate that word) when she was unable to take care of them. I think cps took one of the kids recently and he was trying to regain custody.

ReplyDeleteI read on another blog these conspiracy theories about artists that speak out against NWO type stuff - which Katt does. According to Katt the guns were in lock boxes and the "massive amounts of illegal drugs" was some weed. To me it seems most of the recent charges against him are trumped up. Like a previous commentor mentioned - what tipped them to search in the first place?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Suge Knight will bail him out. I'd say rehab for this guy, but with certain people around him (Suge) he doesn't stand a chance. When I saw his mugshot it made me want to watch Eddie Murphy do Buckwheat sings the blues. "Oon a panoona banka aaaahhh!" LMAO

ReplyDeleteIt's either Crack or Meth, he's aging quick( see wrinkles) and has no problem talking about cooking coke in to crack and selling in his specials. That's not one of those kinds of drugs you can dabble in and walk away from as far as I can tell from other people's lives. This isn't just weed or ecstasy he's doing, Enty's right. He's gone off the rails and doing too much of something hard and a stimulant to be slapping poor target employees (who subsequently got fired, good job there Katt) going on police chases with a three wheeled motorcycle (trike), outing Jamie Foxx, etc. He's so talented, get well Katt. We're pulling for you.
ReplyDeleteHe is so funny and has perfect standup delivery & timing. He really seems to have spiraled quickly, like he's pulling a Britney. I hadn't heard him talk about anything other than weed, so at first I didn't wanna believe he was on stimulants, but his behavior is too out there fir anything else. In one of his specials he talks about being a true believer in the 2012 apocalypse thing, so maybe that set him off.

I used to love his stand up but used to think, "who the hell would his crazy ass kids". I love katt but thought maybe he had an onstage persona . Like kaufman. Guess not.

Katt speaks out against the industry in his comedy acts so these arrests are a witch hunt but its not working because Katt is still speaking out, most recently against Django (which I agree 100% with) I am still a fan of Katt Williams and these charges will be dropped. Katt would NEVER harm his children. Smh
