Jenna Bush Hager Is Pregnant

Well, that is one way to try and boost ratings on Today. This morning, Jenna Bush Hager, the daughter of George W. Bush announced she is pregnant. Presumably Henry Hager is the father. I have no information that suggests otherwise, but pregnancy announcements are usually pretty boring so why not spice it up and put a little seed in there just to get people wondering what if? Maybe Matt Lauer got busy with her. Naah. Not her type. Al Roker? Too old. Well, she does work at 30 Rock, so maybe it was one of The Roots. Jenna's parents were on the phone during the announcement and the former President said he was fired up. Soooo, then that Harold & Kumar movie was true? He does light up?

  2. Congrats on the pregnancy, but I have to agree with you, Laura...she really is dreadful as a correspondent.

She looks an awful lot like Dubya in that photo.

    1. @Cornbread - Yea, but she's TONS better than Chelsea Clinton. That girl's bass-y monotone sounds like a man trying to put the room to sleep.

  9. You guys have to stop taking everything so literally. Enty wrote smackdab at the beginning that he was making stuff up to spice up a boring pregnancy announcement.

  19. I can't tell if she has an unfortunate face or that's just an unfortunate pic... her ma and pa aren't the handsomest of people though so maybe a bit of both.

  23. I told my husband that another Bush was coming into the world and he said, "Did Madonna forget to shave again?".

Congrats to Jenna and her husband. I'm sure her whole family is thrilled.

  24. The twins don't look at all alike, and I always thought the brown-haired one, Barbara, was so pretty. So I was surprised that my husband said that Jenna was the hot one. Well, he'd know more than I would about what women are considered attractive. But I'd rather look like the brown-haired one. I thought Jenna's face looked wide, and Barbara had pretty eyes. Does anyone else have an opinion?
