One of the better wedding photos I have seen from one of the nicest guys I know, TJ Lavin got married Friday night in Vegas. It was always going to be a Vegas wedding for TJ and Roxanne Siordia. They have been dating for 8 years and the day they met was November 2, so their wedding date was a gimme. The bonus to that is you don't have to remember lots of different dates. TJ is a host on MTV's The Challenge and was in a coma for nine days about two years ago after a horrible crash. It can be really tough keeping a relationship together after something like that, but TJ and Roxanne just got stronger. TJ says that he plans on adopting Roxanne's 13 year old daughter from a previous relationship. She can also be seen in the photo above.
