Random Photos Part Three

The top spot goes to the NYPD officer who paid $100 out of his own pocket to get a man a pair of winter boots.

Ben Affleck takes care of the girls while Jennifer Garner takes care of their son and films in New Orleans.
Colin Farrel still filming the movie on a horse.
Carly Rae Jepsen on the cover of Cosmopolitan.
Anna Faris takes a hike with her son.
Fergie wearing sunglasses at night. Because you know, she is cool. The only person who should wear sunglasses at night or indoors is Jack Nicholson.
Gerard Butler at a charity event for his new movie. The charity probably should have picked a different movie, but I am happy for this child.
Apparently Dennis Quaid skipped the charity part of the night.

Gerard Butler has never looked better than he does in the pic with the child. Such happiness on both their faces.

  3. Quaid & Butler....two man-whores in one photo..

  4. I'm glad that Gerard Butler isn't a douche 100% of the time. And he does look good here and genuinely pleased to be there. A lot of actors can't pull that off.

  5. Yay, I was hoping you'd post the picture of the cop and the homeless man.

The story brought tears to my eyes.

  8. Quaid looks very plasticky in this picture.

  9. Carly Rae looks like she belongs in an 80's Whitesnake video. Must be the hair.

  10. @Jason - She does! She also looks like something smells bad.

  11. I read about that pic of the officer and the homeless man and I DID cry. Thank God for people like this policeman.

  12. The story of the officer indeed brings tears- it also helps restore my faith in humanity that much more. :)

Corey Hart is quite offended, Enty.

  15. Gerard Butler is one of those guys that's really awesome....as long as you aren't having sex with him. Then he turns into an ass.

  16. Shot in the dark here, but what about Gerard for that Blind about the actor who is hanging around the children's charities in a weird way. I have to run and don't have time to locate it, sorry!

  18. Why do I like Dennis Quaid? He's such a pig. Ugh. I hate myself sometimes.

    Fergie is seriously fugly.

  19. Dennis Quaid looks like he's been up to some of the same botox shenanigans as his ex-wife. Those puffy cheekbones look weird. I wish these super cute people would stop messing with what they've got - it kills the cute!

  20. The story of the cop and homeless man is so sweet. Thanks for sharing!

  21. I was so sad when I saw Fergie in her Oprah interview a few months ago. I used to like her but the interview made me SERIOUSLY not like her. :( Anyone else see it and think she came off extremely unlikable, fake, plastic, uptight, braggy, etc....

  22. I LOVEthat story about the cop!!!

  23. I never understood the appeal of Fergie, she's not good looking at all and girl cannot sing! She got lucky with the Peas.

  24. That isn't just any horse that Colin Farrel is riding -- that's Athansor, and he can FLY! One of my all-time-favorite books is Winter's Tale, by Mark Helprin, and I have been waiting for years for it to be adapted to the screen. Farrel plays Peter Lake, a master mechanic and thief. I can't wait to see this movie!

  25. What a awesome human being.

    That horse is absolutely gorgeous.

I can't get over how much Carly Rae looks like a young Carly Simon.

  26. How wonderful of the policeman to help someone. There is actually a lot of that in the world. I still believe people are inherently good even though we hear on this site about how awful a lot of people are.

  28. why the hate for sunglasses indoors or at night? i don't understand. i've never understood it. i don't wear at night/indoors because i can't see. i don't care if people do though. what's the big deal?

  29. And some people i know have eye issues, and dr recommends the dark glasses to help. Many many years ago, i somehow saw bill cosby on interview on oprah. He was wearingdark glasses, and she kept bugging him about it, so finally he lowered them and look, what do u see? Turns out he had icky eye infection! Opie- busted!!!!!

  30. And the cop is awesome!!!!!! Uber props!!!

  31. has anyone else noticed that jared Leto is always in roles in which he ends up REALLY physically messed up? head blown off/arm rotting off/face bashed in/ really really skinny...etc?

  32. @Lola
You totally nailed it with the Carley Rae/Carly Simon comparison. Wow! Now that's all I see

    RE: Fergie
One of my pet peeves (I only have 3!) is wearing sunglasses indoors. I don't know why but it makes me insane! If my husband and I are being snippy with each other while we're running errands, he will intentionally keep his sunnies on when we go into shops just to stick it to me (and it always makes me laugh because he's such a stinker about it)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh and

DENNIS QUAID'S NEW FACE IS HERE!

    ReplyDelete
  34. You've made me curious Sunny. What are the other two peeves? Do tell.

  35. @astrogirl
Oh shit, I probably should'v edited that. Now I'm going to fall from grace :)

    Cats
(I'm totally allergic, and my eyes practically glue shut when I'm around them. My old roommate had a cat that would sneak into my room and sleep on my bed while I was at work. I looked like a pissed off Renee Zellweger that summer

    Extended Dream Stories
I kinda like short dream stories, because I'm pretty good at deciphering what they mean, but I had an old co-worker would talk about her dreams at length in between every. single. phone call. And usually there were cats in those dreams! Cats!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I like cats but I don't like the way they torture little critters. I am definitely a dog person. Next time I have a weird dream I guess I know who to call on, no eye rolling allowed, ok! ;) cheers Sunny

  37. Yikes - my honorary (4th) pet peeve is seeing how many typos and run on sentences I can get into one post. Whoa, Nelly
Thanks @Astrogirl. I have large dogs here at Casa de Sunny. The 2 dogs and 2 toddlers rule the house. My man and I aren't sure where we fit in :)

  39. @Lola: Yes, total Carly Simon vibe going on there.

Sweet Baby J. I cannot believe that is Dennis Quaid. Dennis, you don't look a day younger. You just look 59 years less attractive. And you're 58. How's that working for ya?

Nobody, nobody, NOBODY looks better with puffed cheeks full of fillers. I don't know why anyone falls for this crap, especially men. Nobody looks younger afterwards but the men look distinctly girly.

  40. I so would with Gerard butler, but I'd hate myself for it! Nice to see the story with the cop

  41. plrtz glrb - so would I! I have a not-so-secret crush on Mr Gerry B. He has a mysterious hidden something that I want to sort out. You would hope after all those ladies that he knows a few secrets or two. I hope those other rumours about him aren't true. BUT if all else fails, I bet he's a lot of fun to hang with. Lets find a pub!

And Mr Affleck just keeps looking better with age. Like a fine wine that one. Looking distinguished and sexy! You go Jennifer!

    ReplyDelete
  42. I LIKE the wrinkles men get when they age. It gives them character. I love the laugh lines on my hubby's face. Who would want to look like a hundred-year-old elf (yes I'm looking at you Mr Quaid). That's just not attractive!

  43. My cousin spent last Xmas day with gb (he was seeing gb's niece at the time) and apparently he's a great guy really laid back n a good laugh. It's amazing what Hollyweird will turn you into :(

  44. Or maybe, just maybe, she wears dark glasses indoors to avoid being blinded by the paps' flash?

  45. <-----very long time reader but never posted.
About Gerard Butler: I like him because he doesn't hide himself behind a fake image of a happy and faithtful married man with kids. Also this is not the first time I see him doing charity. A couple years ago a very famous tv show in my country went to India to meet the kids of the movie The Millionaire and made a reportage about how they were still living in poverty. The tv crew briefly showed GB in a hotel lounge, dressed very casually, playing happily with the kids (where the crew too had to meet the kids) of the movie. He was not aware the crew filmed a bit and was raising the kids up on his shoulders and making voices and they were laughting. The crew said they couldn't film anymore and approach Butler because he didn't want any pubblicity and later he took the kids and their parents out to dinner and gave them presents. It was really heartmelting.

  47. God bless that Cop.

  48. Anna Faris always seems to act so sweet toward paparazzi, who are no doubt hounding her and her sweet little baby. More reason to love her! She and Chris Pratt are one of my favorite Hollywood couples.
