Random Photos Part Three
Ben Affleck ended up on top again, but this time it is an accident. He is watching the kids while Jennifer Garner is filming in New Orleans.
Dakota Fanning goes goth in NYC for the Twilight premiere there,
Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz were also there.
Even Howard and Beth Stern showed up.
Gary Busey at the airport. Not sure if he flew or wanted to see if he could fly.
The US Women's Gymnastics team reunited yesterday for the first time in awhile.
Halle Berry picking up Nahla from school.

She is really good at that practice laugh. How come she can't do it in a movie?
Jen was at an event honoring Ben Stiller. Still not sure how he got Christine Taylor to be his wife.
Eugene Levy and Martin Short presented Ben with the honorary key to Canada.
Laura Dern was there too.
Is Ben Stiller really short, can't be arsed to look it up?

ReplyDeleteJen A looks fab overall, but the closeup pic is another story. WTF is up with her hair? After watching the Katie Holmes vid and seeing comments about her messy hair, I'll bring those right over here. Aniston couldn't find a brush? Sex in the bathroom with Justin before the pic was taken? It looks ratty and dry. I've said it before and I'll say it again-- I love her, but I'm sick of that same old, same old look from her. I really wish she'd change up her cut/color/style a little.
I dislike Ben Stiller immensely. I don't know why, but I can't even deal with looking at a photo of him.
Ashley looks elfin with her hair tucked behind her ears like that. I kinda dig her dress though. Different but not too out there.
Stiller is 5'6".

I too think she must have just had sex before she came, the hair looking tousled, the come hither look when Enty says well hello Jen. She's inoffensive and likable enough. I agree though why can't she do that laugh in movies? Lack of talent I say. Sorry if I'm coming off harsh. just never saw her allure.

ReplyDeleteI remember everybody thinking it was Stiller. I have never liked him. The angry klutz bullshit is unfunny. I especially hated him on Friends.
Ben Stiller will always be the angry nurse character from Happy Gilmore to me...do not like.

Jennifer Aniston is starting to look like the "Producer's wife."
You know...around awards season we see these wives on the red carpet in horrid dresses and pageant hair.
Eugene Levy was in Splash with Tom Hanks (one of TH's first movie roles). Interesting that he would be in the photos today.

Dakota looks really pretty in that outfit--I like this dress better than the one a couple of days ago, and it looks as if she's amped up the blush a bit to go along w/the darker hair. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteIsn't the general consensus that Ben Stiller has Short Guy Complex & is generally a dickhead? (I could also swear I'd read once that he's only 5'3", which is my height, or at least was...curse you, perimenopause!) Guys, really, there's nothing wrong w/being on the short side--some of us even kind of prefer it because we don't feel quite so "overwhelmed"--so pulling a Napoleon and being all butthurt about your height just makes you look like a jackass, OK?
I feel old. Jennifer Aniston was extremely popular back in the day. Like Farrah Fawcett popular (you know, because of the hair thing). Now I feel REALLY old.

Hmmm....unless Ben is the A list actor who messes with teens and his early costar being Christian Bale (Empire of the Sun). However, I don't see Ben Stiller as America's sweetheart or Bale as violent (minus the Terminator rant).

DeleteMy brother used to be a movie extra and while he never met Ben Stiller himself, a bunch of other extras he worked with had, and they ALL said Stiller was a total douche. As for his wife, she seems boring as hell, as the only thing she ever talks about in interviews is dieting and what she ate or didn't eat that day. Women like that make me tired.

@Vicki Cupper, I remember that blind about the diet contest. It was either on here, or maybe it was one of Ted C.'s? But yes, the popular guess was Ben and Christine.

ReplyDeleteIn regards to Jen and Paltrow, they had had some modicum of success before Brad and were lesser known actresses. Like, say, Blake Lively or Olivia Wilde, but once they were in serious long term relationships with Brad Pitt they were suddenly A+ and on every magazine cover, with him, talking about their amazing fiery romance and both of their careers took off and stayed hot. Just my opinion. Is Gwyneth or Aniston really so fascinating and gorgeous? Was the spotlight on them the same as before he was in their lives? Either of them have anything about them to warrant the attention they receive? You're saying that you don't think that some of his celebrity rubbed off on the women that were engaged to and married what was arguably the most beautiful and successful actor in the world in the 90's? Just my perception; do with it what you will.

ReplyDeleteHowever, Aniston was A+ television actress long before Pitt. Friends was one of the most popular TV shows for years before they started dating. Is anyone else here old enough to remember when Aniston was engaged to Tate Donovan? He was even on some episodes of Friends as Rachel's boyfriend when she worked at Bloomingdales. Pitt didn't arrive on the scene until after Donovan was out of the picture. By then "The Rachel" was already passe.

ReplyDeletePaltrow would have been famous w/wo being in a relationship with Brad Pitt. Her parents are/were famous in their own right and she was right behind. Her relationship seemed to coincide with her popularity. Same with Aniston. She became famous due to Friends (and her Dad being who he is, didn't hurt her!). Being married to Pitt wasn't that big of a deal until Jolie came along. THAT's when the S hit the fan, so to speak. Then she got on our radar and we haven't been able to shake her off of it!
