Random Photos Part One

Five parts today.

 Who knew that Maria Menounos was a furry.

Emmanuelle Chriqui was there, but chose to not bring a stuffed animal as a date.

Robert DeNiro in Qatar.
Rihanna wearing a shirt and spanx to perform. Sounds like a typical Saturday night on the futon for me.
The premiere of Hitchcock saw Scarlett J, Helen Mirren, Jessica Biel and Toni Collette.
Taylor Swift comforts Selena Gomez. Promises to write a song about Justin Bieber.
This is one way to spend your vacation in Venice. Flooding season.
Ariel Winter and her sister hanging out this weekend.

    Unfortunately, Emmanuelle Chriqui's outfit makes her look heavy. She is a very good actress who was on Entourage and costarred with Adam Sandler in Don't mess with the Zohan. This is a beautiful woman with an amazing figure, but the clothes brutalize her.

    All the other women are laughing at Jessica for not getting the dress to impress memo. She seems to know it, too, based on her expression. She's very attractive, why does she insist on dressing totally against her body type?

    I know many of you don't like Taylor. However, if she were to write a song for her and Selena to duet on to take shots at Bieber, I'd approve. Nothing against Bieber, really. But it's clear he's immature while Selena seems pretty level-headed. She needs to move on. Get your bestie to put pen to paper, Selena!

    I second the swimming in flood waters s a bad idea theory. However, given that the canals in Venice are kinda sewage-ish to start with, swimming in water from flooded sewage-ish canals is repulsive and unhealthy. (I know the ocean is nearby--but the flood waters came from both sources.)

    I went to Venice in November and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Aqua Alta was no where near as bad in St. Mark's, only a foot or two during high tide. But no I definitely would not go swimming in it. The Lagoon is maybe a hundred yards or so from there so you could get sucked out to sea or get a lovely communicable disease. I'm pretty sure Venice doesn't have a sewer system.

    All in all though, it is one of the cities you have to see before you die.

    Sorry, but I have to say all of the Hitchcock ladies' outfits look horrendous to me. Toni's outfit looks exactly like a dress I bought for my grandparents' anniversary party when I was 20 and it cost me 20. Scarlett's just looks tacky to me along with the way she wore her hair. It just looks wrong to me. I hate to say anything bad about Helen, so I'll just say I don't care for this dress. I don't need to comment on Jessica; you guys took care of that for me.

    Ariel Winter has always looked mature for 14 years old, but her sister sure looks young for 34! They look 5 years apart, not 20.

    (Off topic, 20 years between siblings is a long time if the family does not have ~12 kids to fill in the spaces. I know a family like that, but in fact the youngest IS the oldest's, whom the parents are raising as theirs instead. Not saying that happened here, just thinking it's a long spread between siblings.)
