Miley Cyrus Says She Will Never Grow Her Hair Out Again - Unless Liam Wants Her Too

Miley Cyrus gave an interview to the Daily Telegraph in Australia and spent most of it talking about her hair and how she loves it short and how she will never grow it long again. I think if Liam asked her to though she would. Miley also talks about her music and how she wants to make music everyone will love but that she will be proud of. So, does that mean a Party In The USA remix?
