Yesterday afternoon a judge threw out the entire lawsuit of Sam Lutfi, because he had not proven his case. Lutfi had sued Britney for unpaid fees, Lynne Spears for defamation and Jamie Spears for punching him. The testimony had a whole lot of dirt, but not much substance and Judge Suzanne Brugera threw the whole thing out. The Spears' attorneys were excited while Lutfi says he plans on appealing and then sinking his claws a little deeper into Courtney Love.

Someone else remembered that there was a BI associated with that one that went something like, "You know that abortion I told you about yesterday? She's HIV positive, too." So by deductive reasoning, revealing the abortion BI revealed the HIV BI.

I actually don't believe it, myself. Courtney is actually pretty smart, and would be smart enough to pull it off, but she probably might have been too drugged up to do so, I think.
(And I confess...I really like Courtney. I didn't at the time -- thought she was vulgar and creepy -- but then I listened to Hole a lot and watched her movies and became a fan. I'd like to think that she wouldn't have offed Frances' father.)

@Mango - Well, her mother stated that her father had given her LSD when they were splitting up and both were seeking custody of her, and Courtney has corroborated it as an adult. That's not necessarily concrete proof, though. At any rate, Courtney's mom got custody and took her to live on a commune, and then they moved to New Zealand (I think) and left Courtney behind because she was a handful (again, I think).

I googled and found that the acid trip is mentioned in the following book: "Courtney Love, The Real Story", by Poppy Z. Brite on Amazon and here's an excerpt clipped from Chapter One:

Even Courtney's father addresses it in the book he wrote on how Courtney killed Kurt [sigh]. This man never knew Kurt, has never met Frances, and hasn't had a conversation with Courtney in 30 years. The closest he's been near her was in 1993, during a Nirvana show. He was kicked out by security while Courtney and Frances hid backstage. He only knows what he reads on magazines.
@yawnathon Could you elaborate, please? If you don't want to give names at least say when did they work for the Cobains and what was their job. I know my shit and I really doubt you have friend(s) who worked for the Cobains. They were junkies and didn't like people around them. The few around have already said they believe Kurt commited suicide. So tell me, what was the job of your "friends" exactly? Thank you.

The article mentioned that at a deposition for the conservatorship Lynne Spears testified that Sam told her he sed to ground up Britney's medication and give it to her. When she was asked what the pills were she named the drugs, they are drugs to treat schizophrenia
ReplyDeleteLi that was a good find. I've been reading that heavy use of methamphetamine is associated with an increased risk for schizophrenia and wondered if her meth usage caused schizophrenia.
