  3. @MISCH - No way. Lohan is a cockroach. She's indestructible.

  4. Misch, I see Lindsay doing something like this in the future, but walking away with no jail time. Because she's Lindsay.

If it was my family member who was killed, I'd be outraged that she is only facing 5-10 years in prison. She chose to drink, she chose to drive and she should have to face a much larger sentence.

  10. Ugh, I had such a huge crush on her in the early 90's...School Ties, Crybaby, MP, this one movie with a Beastie Boy...bummer.

  11. ugh..her lawyer was arguing that while she admits to drinking she shouldn't be held criminally responsible!

ya, ok. Bitch, you ain't got no money! You aren't paying restitution on a PERSON.

  13. Agree with others. Drinking & driving is playing Russian Roulette with the lives of every person on the road. If you want to risk your life..drink and be merry. But don't risk the lives of others.

Drink less or call a fucking cab.

  14. As heinous as this crime is, it is reported by Enty with way less, if any, disgust as anything Chris Brown does or the Halle-Gabriel-Olivier situation. Just saying.

  15. Probably because she hasn't done anything of note acting or celeb-wise in like 20 years, digal704.

  16. Digal, I was thinking that maybe because anybody can drink too much, make a bad decision whilst drunk and get behind the wheel.

It takes a special kind of loser to hit a person over and over, when the object of their anger is weaker and cannot fend them off.

  17. Astrogirl, that was exactly what I was going to say. Locane didn't deliberately hit that car, but Chris Brown deliberately beat Rihanna. Yes, Rihanna didn't die, as opposed to Locane's victim, but it doesn't make it right for Brown to beat women.

Also, for every Chris Brown or Halle Berry post here, there are way many more Real Housewives, Lohans or Kardashians articles.
