I'll give the dingbat credit, her workout/diet seems to be working.

DeleteI don't watch DWTS, but I do watch GH, and Kelly Monaco has the charisma and energy of a turnip. Her scenes are so painfully dull.

ReplyDeleteHank Jr. is one gorgeous kid! Yeah, the hair's a bit long, but I wouldn't want to cut my kid's hair, either, if it looked like that. (Somebody ought to point Kendra in the direction the naturallycurly.com gang, though--I don't think she really "gets" very curly hair, but it needs a whole different approach from straight hair, especially when it's bi-racial hair like this.

ReplyDeleteIt wasn't the swiped Shakespeare in Love role that did Winona's career in -- it was that interlude where she was convicted of shoplifting and, due to other reasons (heavily medicated? something something) either difficult or impossible to insure on movie sets for a long while.

Winona - 3 packs a day???? Maybe she's gearing up for a reunion with Johnny Depp. Although I don't know if that'd be good for her emotional state if he's being the douchebag so many seem to think he's being right now. (And it breaks my heart to type that 'cause I have such an intellectual crush on that man!!!)
ReplyDeleteI really hope Winona does start making more movies again though. Just no period pieces! I watched Bram Stoker's Dracula the other day - love that movie and she was gorgeous, but her and Keanu's voices really distracted me from believing in their characters at times!

ReplyDeleteHank Jr. is a gorgeous child. I've always liked Kendra. She's not the brightest star in the sky but she's a good person at heart. I think that her having to play up some of the more whiny aspects of her personality for the sake of reality show viewership probably put a real strain on the marriage. She and Hank always seemed to really love and enjoy each other. I hope that if they are having a rough spot, they're willing to do some counseling together and work through this difficult time.
And I'm on the "Can they make Sam MCCall the first character to be killed off on a soap and stay that way?" train. I can not stand her on GH. Or replace her with someone else. That works, too.
I will always love Winona. She is so beautiful and she was such an idol for me growing up. I saw a sneak preview of Frankenweenie on Monday and it's VERY cute. I highly recommend it for a family movie. I'd say it'd be appropriate for ages 5 and up, but be prepared to answer some questions about pet deaths. lol

OMG, Lena Dunham lost a person and she's avec le maquillage. I guess all the "ugly and fat" remarks bit hard and now she REALLY TRULY wants to be the "Carrie Bradshaw for the teens." Amazing what the internet will do to a person.
