Octomom Heads To Rehab

Apparently having 14 kids and a new career in porn has also led Nadya Suleman to become addicted to prescription pills, namely Xanax which is an anti-anxiety drug. Well, if you had 14 kids screaming around you 24/7 and your only relief was when you were making porn or headlining strip clubs while fending off CPS officials and trying to find a place for everyone to live before becoming homeless, I could see why that might lead to some issues with dependency. TMZ is reporting that while Octomom spends the next 30 days in rehab, the kids will be watched by the nannies.

  1. hell, i'd go to rehab just to take a break from the "14 screaming kids around you 24/7"

  2. Those poor children are going to have a hard life! I feel really sorry for them!

Can they just take the kids already? It's almost a certainty that they will have a happier and more stable life without this whackadoo.

  4. Bullshit. She just wants a break from the kids.

    Take the kids already, CPS.

  5. Not really a fan of Octomom but I do feel sorry for her. Girl constantly has a lot on her plate. I hope rehab does her good and gives her some much needed rest from her worries and kids. On another note, this is the first I've heard of her addiction. I mean there does seem to be a piece of the puzzle missing with her but I didn't think it was addiction?! I thought it was more the whole having 14 kids kind of thing. Anyways, I hope she gets better soon!

  6. I took xanax recreationally in h.s. if I took 2 at the same time, I would pass out for a whole day and my memory would be complety blank. I knew some ppl that would get very angry

  7. OT :

IF you are viewing this on your PC with the CDan "black" background , try this link:

    http://www.crazydaysandnights.net/?m=1

It works on regular PC and it is Enty's mobile site link (or so says the grandkids who figure this stuff out). You'll get a beautiful white 21st century background !

  8. What nannies ? Are we paying for them with our tax dollars ? I want to know ....those kids need to be out of there pronto and with stable human beings. This is shameful.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Eww. Just... Eww.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Agreed, Agent. As we say around here, this whole deal was snakebit from the start - it didn't take a specialist to see that this woman had serious issues years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I took Xanax for the first time yesterday to get through a medical procedure and I cannot believe someone can function daily on a drug like that.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Oh Agent you just can't imagine the big ole what the government will pay rant boiling up inside of me right now..

*trying to find my happy place before I explode, and stepping outta this thread*

    ReplyDelete
  13. Going to take more than 30 days of rehab to fix what's wrong with her. 30 months maybe.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Oh my heck, I'm tempted to go on one of my tiresome "benzodiazepines are bad!" rants, but sadly I'm too busy. Just be careful with these drugs, which were approved for 2 to 4 week usage and whose extended use (more than 4 weeks) is contrary to all research data.

  15. I think it's been pretty obvious she's been on something from the start, but my guess wouldn't have been Xanax...she's way too wired.

  16. Xanax dependency = 30 day vacation! yahooo!

  17. Frufra - Snakebit from the start? I want Enty to do a Your Turn so we can list fun idioms like these!

Agent look in your super computer to see who's paying!

Agreed with everyone. I feel bad for those children. It's like Lord of the Flies over at her place! I still blame this on the doctor and her greediness - "I want a litter and then I'll have a reality show." Didn't she know what child rearing was all about? It's a hard gig one at a time! What did they all think would happen??? And her older kids have lost their childhoods too bc guess what "nanny" means!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Just how many 24 hour nannies are we paying for ffs? This woman is a disgrace to womanhood and self reliance and I have endless amounts of sympathy for her 14 children.

    ReplyDelete
  19. @Agent - I was wondering the same damn thing. She can't afford to keep a house, but she can afford nannies? PLURAL?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Oh, Agent, thank you for the white-screen tip! Why Enty chooses to keep the dated-looking, hard-to-read black background I'll never know!

I can't feel sorry for this woman. She CHOSE this. She paid a doctor thousands upon thousands to have SIXTEEN CHILDREN, on her own, without any means to support them. Who DOES that?! That's simply irresponsibility at its most extreme.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I agree Ms. Cool...That shit knocks me out! I would be asleep on the lawn with 14 kids running around me. Oh wait, she can afford nannies?? Oh just shoot me now!

    ReplyDelete
  22. I'd love to know how she swings the whole nanny situation while living like a pauper....and her kids sleep on mattresses on the floor. She is completely unfit. Why these kids haven't been taken from her yet is beyond me. Poor babies didn't ask for this trick as their mama..

    ReplyDelete
  23. At least she wasn't using zany as the nanny ala Casey Anthony.

  24. Good idea, Dia - Mr. Enty, please have a Your Turn where we share our favorite colloquialisms. My all-time favorite, courtesy of my recently departed, much loved father-in-law, is busier than a cat covering up shit.

    Thanks for your consideration, Ent.

    Love,
    Frufra

  25. I DO NOT feel sorry for her at all! She CHOSE to have these children.

I DO feel sorry for the kids. They will always have the stigma of being oddities, without their consent. I wish that someone would find good homes for these kids.

I just can't say any more, I am so pissed!

    ReplyDelete
  26. That is one hell of a bed she's made for herself....

    ReplyDelete
  27. @Frufra - that's a great colloquialism! I'm going to start using that.

  29. @Frufra hawhawhaw!!! Brilliant! (and one of the only times a cat is ever busy...)

    ReplyDelete
  30. My favorite colloquialism comes from the dear Brits--"No room to swing a cat!" WHO SWINGS AROUND CATS??

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh, and Octomom is such an asshole.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Agreed, AKM. I know we all poke a little fun a the Duggards, but the can AFFORD their children and they're all well taken care of, I think she didn't take into consideration that her jacked up get rich quick scheme is also paramount to a be broke the rest of your life because you have 57 children to support scheme.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Anything for a little attention. She really knows how to drag out those 15 minutes.

    ReplyDelete
  34. My eyes thank you Agent!

    yeah, those children are fucked.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Stupid fucking bitch.
Xanax addiction, really? I agree=30 day vacation...and that stupid, fucking ugly mug gets her name in the tabs again.
I have ZERO sympathy for this stupid fucking bitch. She chose this. She already had 6 kids, why have more when a) you can' t get pregnant naturally and b) you have no means to support them? Her and that doctor should be shot.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I don't think most of you understand how CPS works. They deal with cases of abuse and neglect. If there are nannies there that are meeting the needs of the children, and no reports of abuse, CPS would not be involved. In addition, CPS does not have a place that will take 14 children, so they would be separated and would be traumatic for the kids. Not approving of the way people raise their children raise their families isn't enough to remove kids from their home. From the article I read, she is paying for the home and child care from the money she made doing porn. She is obviously troubled and appears to be trying to get help for herself. At this point she can’t do anything that would change the consequences for her actions. She can only try to move forward.

  37. Frufra and Dia, I love that idea for a Your Turn ! Somebody used the phrase "shit fit" the other day and I can't stop saying it. I did a Rick Roll during the storm to ease my worries for the folks in the path of Sandy and now I'm Rick Rolling and saying shit fit and can't stop . I am clearly disturbed :)

    ReplyDelete
  38. just being one of 14 children w/a single mother is a recipe for disaster as they will all get emotionally neglected/are getting emotionally neglected.

she should have given the babies up for adoption. it would have been in their best interest. they could have been placed in a home where they would be loved and cared for.

their life now is probably like being in a bad orphanage. I feel so very badly for all of them. her, not so much. she created this disaster and you don't go playing with human lives that way. she's just a very very disturbed narcissist.

How about having her committed for criminal neglect and straight out insanity for treating herself like a whelping dog and giving birth to 500 babies that she has no way of supporting and no father for? She was crazy to begin with and said that she just wanted to always be loved and not be left. That in itself should have been a very big red flag. But it's not as if a foster home would be any better. It should be illegal to have more children than you can provide and care for. Just my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  40. She doesn't receive any government assistance. She's actually making quite a bit with her potn career. The rehab facility offered her treatment for free, and she's paying the nannies herself. Apparently, she also has an alcohol problem and her father had been worried that she was intoxicated while driving with the kids. It's really sad.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Their family just moved to my town (Palmdale). She's been on the cover of the local paper a few times already (Antelope Valley Press). People are so incensed. Either the house is too big and luxurious or too small for that many kids. Some say she bought it others say no just rented. Either she paid for 8 months up front because that was all she could afford or she put up a huge security deposit equal to 8 months' rent. Apparently she gets by on "2 hours of sleep a night and 1 cup of coffee each day" to which I say bullshit. As for the xanax- that stuff knocks me OUT. Like if I take 1mg at night I am down for the count. So no way is she only sleeping 2 hours AND taking enough xanax to become addicted. If anything I'd guess she's on some sort of amphetamine.

  43. I can't condemn Nadia, and I really hope she finds peace and some kind of solution to managing her life. I have one autistic kid and he is a total handful. I can't imagine her having 14 kids, one of which is autistic.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Honestly, I knew something was up with her in a bad way when pictures were published of her frolicking on a beach in FL. Her eyes were so deepset, there was just pain behind those eyes.

    ReplyDelete
  45. If I had 14 kids I'd be taking fistfuls of Xanax and thrilled to be in rehab

  46. Know what else the government will pay for? Sex reassignment surgery!

I know a woman who was married to a guy who was a career officer (I think Air Force) for over ten years. They had a daughter who was about six and twin boys of about three when he told her that he wanted a divorce because he wanted sex reassignment surgery; he could no longer hide the fact that he was a woman inside. She was devastated, of course but amazingly, the Air Force PAID FOR HIS SURGERY!

  47. This woman thought she had it made in the Gisselin/Duggar shade. All she saw was fame and reality show checks rolling in IMO. I feel bad for the kids.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Enty - if you're reading this - how about what Frufra said. Or, just a thought, every other day or so, just have a Your Turn where we can talk about what we want to talk about - maybe a general theme to start. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed (not the right term when so many were scared, but you know what I mean) yesterday's Sandy thread. I checked back on it at least 75 times. That has to help with your ad revenue!

    1. SusanB, I thought it was great that Enty kept the Sandy post at the top all day so people could find it easily. I swear I lived that storm in my bones. Reminded me of Andrew.

  50. Agent*it - I liked it at the top too. I wasn't here during Andrew although in North Carolina we certainly saw a lot of coverage about it. We were looking out the window yesterday afternoon while watching the storm coverage and admitted we felt kind of guilty having such nice weather when so many people were in trouble.

  51. Apparently TMZ is reporting that her 11 year old was watching her masturbating video on his phone. how awful. Remember, shit rolls downhill.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I totally agree with you Me!!!

There has to be concrete evidence of abuse or neglect for the children to be removed from the home. Her 11 year old son watching her grody porn and all her other choices that we read about is not enough for CPS to take those kids away. And even then, like Me said...where are they gonna put all those 14 kids? I just feel bad for those kids. I really wish there was something to do for them. :(

    ReplyDelete
  53. @ Gtzisshe - HIS phone?? please don't tell me that this twat is paying for a phone for an 11 year old while taking state aid. And, jeez, look what the kid saw?

Social services truly needs to put these kids into foster care. This woman is a loose cannon.
