Sam Lufti took the stand yesterday and says that Britney Spears was whacked out on drugs in 2007. I think we had that figured out for ourselves. He also testified that Britney was so messed up on drugs that she spent the night in her car once. I'm not sure how big of a deal that is. She might have just escaped from the paps or didn't want to run the gauntlet of them outside her house. Maybe she was on drugs and didn't want to get a DUI. I have slept in my car before. I have slept in front of my car before when I couldn't quite manage to get the key into the lock of the car to get inside and sleep. So, when Lufti dropped that little tidbit, I just went meh. I am shocked that he has managed to help Courtney Love get straight. That is akin to getting Lindsay Lohan to admit she ever has done anything wrong.

ReplyDeleteI've slept in a car in the parking lot of a funeral home in a bad part of town once because my DD got wasted. The car was so old and beat up, the automatic locks didn't work. Needless to say, I did not sleep much. And I stopped hanging out with the unreliable DD

ReplyDeleteI have had to sleep in the bed of a pickup truck when we got stuck in the woods. There was 5 of us and we drew weeds(not that kind) to see who got to sleep in the cab. Nothing like waking up hung over, covered in mosquito bites and gnats, in August. Unfortunately it was before the cell phone era.
