Guidance Counselor Fired For Lingerie Photos From 19 Years Ago

I have no idea how someone posing for photos in lingerie can cause you to lose your job 19 years later or how it has any relevance on the job you are currently doing, but Tiffany Webb, who has worked in the NYC school system for 12 years was fired for photos she took almost two decades ago. What? You want to fire someone from a job they were good at because they took some modeling photos 20 years ago? So, does this mean they would not hire a Miss America or any Miss contestant? Those bikinis are way more revealing than these photos. No one who has ever worked at Hooters? Been a cheerleader in high school or college or the pros? Been a beach volleyball player? This is messed up.

Oh, and to make things even look worse for NYC, Ms. Webb told them about the photos before she was hired 12 years ago and they still hired her, when the photos were not nearly as old.

  2. She has spectacular bewbs, im way jealous. But give her the job back especially since she disclosed the photos prior to getting the job.

  3. stupid.

she probably wouldn't sleep with someone who had the authority to have her fired, b/c has no one read that thing in the Daily Mail about the one teacher suspended w/pay who is live streaming how he is getting paid to do nothing.

    Humans.....we suck.

  4. It looks like a different head has been photoshopped on the body or vice versa!

  6. Scott Brown posed in nude in Cosmo back in the day and he was elected to the Senate. The double standards never cease to amaze me.

  7. Wow she is pretty hot! I agree that she prob wouldnt sleep with someone and they fired her!

  8. She disclosed it. That's bullshit. I don't think people realize how the internet can bite them in the ass. I hope she gets her job back.

  9. It has to be a cover for firing her for some other reason (even if the reason is "just because I don't like her")

  10. There would have to be more to the story. That's not right!

  11. I didn't even notice her amazing boobs until you all mentioned it. :) they are (excuse my French) fucking crazy! My boyfriend would love if I woke up will those, only if they were real (I am pretty sure hers are).

  12. That picture is from '93? Are they sure?

  13. If she disclosed the photos and they hired her anyway, then she has legal recourse. It happened to my friend and she sued and got her job back.

  14. Either that pic is photoshopped or her boobs aren't real. That hourglass shape is a bit unbelievable, especially her upper torso curve.

There must be more to this story. Why fire her now, and not 12 years ago? Did she just post the photo to her Facebook?

  15. She looks fantastic! Oh, and to be jealous of someone you will probably never meet is just sad. Go to a gym, typing doesn't burn that many calories!

I call B.S. also, whoever fired her will end up costing the district a couple of teacher's salaries in fees, and most likely keep their job.

  16. Seachica, didn't mean to pop up after your photoshop comments. They weren't up when I typed mine. Yeah, its been photoshopped, but she still looks really good. I marveled at how subtle the photoshopping was compared to today!

That was nice of you to clarify your comments, but am I nuts? I think every single comment has been "Wow, that chick is crazy hot and got screwed over". Maybe I'm slow today. It happens :)

  19. Bullshit double standards. She shouldn't have had to even disclose them in the first place.

  20. Better damn well be more to this story!

(and although I hate ultra-low cut bottoms like this, her bod would be slammin' in a potato sack...).

  21. Radar said she was canned days before she was supposed to make tenure. If that's the case she's gonna win a lot of money.

And def agree, she looks hot!!!!

  22. I read the article in the paper. She said the pictures keep popping up without her permission and that most of them are photoshopped (at times it isn't even her body). They decided to fire her because a student found one of the pictures on the internet. She had had good and positive reviews her entire career and she was just about to be tenured.

  23. Pini27- we were jealous of her boobs not her body. You can't work out and get those. I am in very fit shape so I have smaller ones. Just how it goes.

  25. @Seachica, I hear ya. I used to strongly feel that people who may want to go into a 'professional' position should make sure they had a whistle clean past (or at least no photographic proof).

But now, with Disney stars having nude pic scandals at 17 (?!?) and pulling the "youthful" indiscretions bit, it seems almost pointless. I'd hate to be a teenage girl today. The pressure they have to be sexy is unbelievable.

  26. Looks like she has a good lawsuit.

  27. She didn't not sleep with anyone and there isn't more to the story.

This is NOT an uncommon occurence. I've heard plenty of tales from teacher friends about the 'morality crackdown' going on in the school system.

ALOT of female teachers are getting pressured out for past 'misdeeds'... And yes, that includes things like working at a Hooters, having 'too sexy' photos on facebook, and working at a strip club to pay tuition ten years ago.

The world is a more conservative place than it was 19 years ago, or even 12 years ago.

  28. There has to be more to this story than a couple of pictures taken 2 decades ago. I'm guessing someon in a position of authority just doesn't like her and is using any little excuse to get rid of her. It happens all the time.

  29. "one door closes and another one opens". This exposure should definitely elevate her career to the next level though.....

  30. I used to teach in Bk with Ms. Webb and these are NOT the only photos of her out there. As of less than ten years ago she had an active website advertising her "modeling" that featured pictures of her in serious S&M gear. Plus she was on Temptation Island. I don't think she should be fired over old pictures, but she's playing it off like thats all that is out there and thats a big, fat lie.

  31. A lot of young models wear provocative garments in shoots. I would guess most models are in HS or college when these pics are taken. It's ridiculous that they are used against her now.

  32. I am very jealous of her body from 19 years ago.

  33. The collective Madonna/whore complex in our society is our homegrown Sharia law. Unwritten (and we destroy women psychologically and economically for "misdeeds" rather than being honest enough to just stone them) but highly effective.

I wonder if the photographer who took these is in hot water too? The publisher? The men who bought the magazines? Of course not. SMDH.

  34. Well, this makes me a little mad. Am I right in understanding that she even said some of the photos popping up were photoshopped? Anyone can take any picture and put any body on it. So, some kid does this and says it's her and she's fired? Wow. I'm not sure this is the whole thing to the story, otherwise, kids would be getting their teachers fired left and right. There HAS to be some sort of innocent until PROVEN guilty around this subject. This actually pisses me off, quite a bit.

  35. Why does it matter if there are pictures out there S & M or otherwise? Unless she was doing something illegal, it really doesn't matter.

I agree it sounds like some shenanigans going on with her firing. Hope she has a good attorney.

    1. Exactly! If she told her employers about the lingerie photos, I am sure she told them about the S&M ones as well. She needs to sue them.

  39. What a gorgeous woman! The photo is benign and has zip to do with anything. She should sue their asses and win.

  40. How did a student even find this? Are we seriously living in a world where kids try to find old pictures of counselors and teachers? Students should be punished for poking around in someone's business.

  41. Ever since social networking took off, teachers are told to avoid it like the plague. I've shot a lot of festivals and stuff, and teachers will NEVER let me photograph them. Some have even asked me to not get them in the background of a photo! It could be the most mild, wholesome event, but it doesn't matter.

I started asking why, and they all replied the same thing: The school district is terrified of a parent or a student finding the photos online and suing. They're often told not to even have a Facebook or Twitter page, and if they do, keep it locked. Seriously, it could be a charity event for cancer-stricken orphans whose orphanarium burned down, but the teacher could get fired if a parent saw the teacher in pix online. Crazy!
