Give me Some Of What Nicole Kidman Is Smoking
Nicole Kidman gave an interview to the Australian version of Kneepads. I was not sure that anything other than a morning news anchor could outdo the gloriousness of sucking up that Kneepads manages here in the US, but Australia it appears that Who has managed just that. Congratulations. For their 20th anniversary, they devoted five whole pages to Nicole. Of course for five pages and a cover, she has to answer a few questions. The magazine eventually got tired of asking Nicole, "Could you be more amazing?" "Could your career be any more amazing?" "How do you stay so beautiful?" "How do you stay so thin?" "How did you land such an amazing husband?" "How did you get such beautiful kids?"
So, then they decided to get serious and asked Nicole about whether she spoke to Katie Holmes about her divorcing Tom Cruise. Nope. That was the one piece of news from the article. So, a lot of tabloids were wrong. Why would Nicole talk to Katie? What is in it for Nicole? She does not want to get into trouble with Tom still to this day. How do I know? Look at this statement in the interview.
"I got married really fast and really young. But I don't regret that because it got me [children] Bella and Connor and I did have a fantastic marriage for a long period,"
When is the last time she saw them again? Yeah. Oh, and if you think this is a quote taken out of context and she didn't mean it the way I am saying it here, then how about this quote, "I'm amazed that I have been a mother for so much of my life now. It's odd, but because of them I don't feel 45," or this one, "All my kids are highlights of my life. They are all of my biggest joys."
And in the interview she also cannot stop praising Tom. She even used the word amazing. Oh, and fantastic. And never mentioned his height.
