  1. Wait, does Donnie Wahlberg (a) live on the ground floor, AND (b) have a roommate? I am not sure I understand.

Holy shite! And global warming is bull right? Doesn't anyone remember that part of the problem with global warming was supposed to be warming of the seas so that hurricanes and superstorms will be bigger, stronger and better able to move north and do more damage?

    1. Exactly and glad you mentioned that. Sandy is historic because of global warming. Artic ice cap gone by 2020? That's not so far away. One party in denial, the other acknowledges and says we should study. It's almost too late.

  3. I feel really badly for those who have died, their loved ones and the poor people who can't afford to replace what they lost.

  5. @timebob

Could be Brooklyn, or the East or West Village - they all had lots of flooding.

  6. Oh New York, sending you a load of good wishes for the recovery effort.

It made me irrationally sad when he opened the cupboard door and a load of stuff came floating out.

  8. That's "world of johnny" his flunky or whatever. I feel bad for the many victims of Sandy, but my sympathy for Mr Wahlberg is apparently still sleeping. I'm sure the 'blockheads' on twitter will make up for it, some of them are probably on their way to NYC, leaving their children and husbands behind, to hold DDub's hand and go into even greater debt to throw cash at him.

  9. @FS Lay off Donnie. Celebrity or not, no one deserves to have their place ruined like that, imagine if that were you in his situation. And there prob are fans who will give him $$$ yes, but thats not his fault and that storm affected everbody and he seems like he cares enough to donate it, not keep it.

  10. Yeah, no doubt, no matter what you think of the guy he still lost his home and possessions.
And how is it his fault he has weirdo fans?

  11. I'm a proud New Kids fan but I'm not an idiot and won't be sending him money, nor will his other fans. They may 'give' him money by paying to go to concerts etc, in the same way that other fans 'give' money to watch concerts or films or whatever medium it is that they get pleasure from with other celebrities/artists.

Anyway, it's very sad as it is for all those affected. Donnie is lucky that he has money to replace material items easily, and he recognizes that. Still sucks.
