"Blood In Blood Out" Star Accused Of Rape

Damian Chapa is someone you probably have never heard of. He was a big deal in the early 90's in the way a big deal means he had one movie and then disappeared but got noticed enough to have some fun while traveling to promote Blood In Blood Out. Well, it turns out a woman he met on his travels and the mother of his baby told police in her native Germany that Damian raped her and that is how she got pregnant. So, when Damian went to Germany earlier this year, TMZ reports that Damian was placed under arrest and kept in jail for 7 weeks. That is a long time to be kept in jail for a crime Damian says he didn't commit. He says the two took a vacation together and then came to California and crashed at his place and she got pregnant and he asked her to marry him and she said she was already married and since Damian was not a huge Hollywood star was going back to Germany where she has been for the past 6 years. Hey, it least it only took Damian 6 years to try and see his child.

    I believe his story. She only yelled rape after he wanted to see his kid. I hope he sues her and she ends up behind bars for 7 months. An eye for an eye. On another note women like her sicken me. There are so many false rape accusations out there all because some immature skanks think the only way to get what they want is by ruining some poor guys rep.

    What's up with this guy? IMDB shows actor and producer and director and writer credits for several movies - some that went straight to video. Is he independently wealthy? Or is there that much money in moderately successful films? I don't remember seeing any of his work.
