Blind Item #2

This B+ actress is on a very hit cable show. She has done and continues to do movies too, but it is really the television show that has made her career. Anyway, she says that within the past two years she had the worst sex she has ever had in her life. One time with this A++ list movie actor. They were both involved in other relationships but a scene got out of hand so they went back to her trailer and tried to have sex, but it was a mess. The actor tried to make it all move quality by lifting her but hurt his back. Then he had troubles achieving full staff and kept complaining that he needed his medicine and they never got anywhere or really did much of anything, but somehow the actor managed to finish and then told her it was amazing. She said that she laughed and cried, but that it made their working relationship better.

  2. That is hilarious! I think it's cool it made their working relationship better! Bad sex can be a good bonding session lol

  3. I hope it's not Michael Fassbender...he's my new hot male hollywood crush, and I'm not ready to have his hotness dissipate just yet...

  4. I'll leave this one to others but Enty, are you not going to cover the new restyling of Jessica Simpson's dad?! Holy midlife crisis! That hair! Those shoes! If he's coming out, great but you just know Jessica is stuffing her face with cupcakes right now.

  5. I wanted this to be Mary Louise Parker and Bruce Willis but Weeds just ended and Red was 2 years ago, wonder if that is cutting it too close

  6. Fassy went too far in a scene with Keira Knightley once and upset her if I recall

  7. Wow. Joe Simpson is now wearing women's sweaters from 1985.

  8. I realize there is a lot of love here for fassbender, but there's no way in hell that he's A++

    1. I agree. I don't even know who he is.

  9. Is Fassbender A++? I don't think so.

I do like the Mary Louise Parker and Bruce Willis guess but I don't think timeline is quite right.

    ReplyDelete
  10. yeah fassbender i would say is defo A but nowhere near A++. i think only Clooney, Pitt, maybe even dicaprio are A++. can't really think of others at the moment. Can imagine it is someone older, maybe 50's?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Another possibility is Christina Hendricks and Ryan Gosling on "Drive".

January Jones was also in "Unknown" with Liam Neeson, who can be called A++ (while Fassbender and Gosling can't open a big production on their name).

    ReplyDelete
  12. January Jones and Nicolas Cage in Seeking Justice. I could see him needing "medicine", and while he might not be A+++ list anymore, at one time he probably was.

  13. An open goodbye letter to enty: I have been a faithful reader and sometime commenter since the beginning, save a few months. But now I find that I must retire this site. I'll read you in my google reader, but will not come to the actual website and read and contribute to the comments (which is what distinguishes this site rom the rest).

Whatever shit you are into for ad revunue sucks ass. You have control of this. We have complained in the comments for months. I have no trouble (that I know of) with my Mac, because I have all the ad blockers and what not. But you have crashed my iPad 5 times just this morning. The security of my information is way more important that visiting this site. I do not trust this site any longer and feel that I putting my computers and mobile devices and the information on them at far too risk visiting here.

Commenters, I appreciate your advice and insight, but i don't need any advice on Adblock or what have you. I am informed. I won't be back to read the comments anyway. Perhaps I'll check in a few weeks to see if the problem is still there. But otherwise I am done. In case it doesnt get fixed, i just want to let you all know that i very much appreciate the insight and viewpoints all of you have provided over the years. The commenters (well and the reveals) were always the draw for me.

  14. @Luckylass: we'll miss you but I understand. It crashes my home and work computer even with the blocks and it's starting to mess with my phone tool. Makes the page flicker. Love the people and OT replies that make for a lively insightful read but sometimes it's too much.

Yes, it's really bad. Especially when three videos with music or talking play simultaneously. And with the freezing and crashing...gave me a blue screen last week, and I do not like blue screens. Some of us are using the mobile access to avoid the ads. This is the only site I visit that has so freaking many ads. Lawyering must be paying less these days.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'm sorry to see another regular leave because of the ad issues. I understand this has become particularly bad for iPad users. I wish the current owners/managers of this site would rethink the ads here. They now take up more space than the content, and autostart videos are the quickest way to drive traffic away from your site.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Don't forget the lovely redirects to youporn!

    ReplyDelete
  19. What about Blake lively and whoever. Dicaprio or affleck ?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I think we should do something to let Enty know about how bad the situation with ads got in this site. He probably has some contract with advertising agency which is selling the space on the site and is not selling the ads directly. I suggest that we should pick up the date and contact Enty on his FB/Twitter at the same time, so that he knew that there lots of us frustrated about CDAN - the site we all used to like and enjoy. We should tell him about all the porn links, Trojan viruses and crashed computers we got from visiting this site. Enty really has to do something about this problem as he always says how great his readers are and how much appreciated we are.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I'm pretty sure Enty is well aware of the ad plight & keeps it up on purpose because he finds all the bitching funny.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I am sorry about my grammar. Typing on iPhone is not the easiest task

    ReplyDelete
  23. I guess I'm the only one who's never had an issue with ads or pop-ups on here. I mean, it's not like they're hard to block. But whatever. If it makes you happier to leave CDAN, then bye.

as far as the ads are concerned, i never have a problem connecting from overseas and with all the adblock stuff i have.. but it got really brutal during a visit to friends in the US.. let's see if Enty does something

  29. This has been said before but using the Google Chrome browser equipped with AdBlocker Plus (all free and easy to install) makes all those problems go away. Same goes for using the Chrome app on the iPad.

  30. I think this is funny! So if this A++ actor needs meds to get it up and hurt his back trying to lift her (though I suppose that part could happen to anyone), I assume he is older. Maybe George Clooney or Robert DeNiro?

  41. People are being kind and explains what you need to do to stop ads popping up. If you want to be rude and dismiss people's suggestions beans use you're too lazy to do so then that's your problem. A lot of websites use pop ups. I've never experienced pop ups with Cdan, but I have ad blocker (shock!) a lot of things can cause pop ups. Virus, spyware/malware ect. I get it, people find it annoying, but I find everyone complainabout it on every single blind item post even more annoying!

Remember the good ol' days when Enty begged us for money for the licensed pics? ;-P. Well, I guess this is the alternative.

    ReplyDelete
  46. What are "licenses pics"? Are they pictures from sites that he'd have to purchase to put on his blog? How much was he asking for? I've only been here for a year and half, so not long enough for what everyone seems to go on about.

Knock on wood I haven't had any problems with ads on my iPhone. If this is a serious problem, maybe pick a day to boycott the site or not leave any comments. I understand the need for ads to keep sites going, but it doesn't need to be obnoxious to the readers.

  52. I don't know, these dramatic final goodbye comments comes across to me as incredibly narcissistic. Just leave. We aren't going to beg you to stay. Unless you've emailed Enty directly, don't assume he's aware of everything by reading every comment that's posted.

That said, I do understand the annoyance. The site flagged my work IT Department that I was on an unsafe site (and not doing my work) so now I can't visit anymore during work. I actually have to (gasp!) WORK now. Bummer. Ha Ha

  54. I use Firefox + AdBlock + Avira - I've never had a pop up or a redirect or an ad that plays music. And yes, you DO have to use certain browsers/add ons to see sites, otherwise you're going to give your computer the clap. That's like saying you should be able to bang whoever without protection. Sure, you can do it, but eventually you're gonna get herpes and that shit's nasty.

I'm glad some of us aren't having problems, but it's frustrating as hell for the rest of us.

I got a horrible virus from Reality Steve's site and haven't been back since. Unfortunately, I was at work.

  58. I'm confused. I use CDaN on my pc with Firefox, adblocker, AVG, and now privacy Suite and zero pop up. Also my jailbroken iphone without any problem. I thought iPhones and iPads ran the same Safari browser? And what's happening with Macs? I thought up until a few years ago Macs were virtually virus free so I wouldn't expect them to have popup problems? I'm lumping everything into "virus", I know the difference between adware, Trojans....

    ReplyDelete
  59. I'm on board with the MLP/Bruce guess.

Fassy and JJ don't fit...1) he is not A++ 2) JJ is not his "type".

No one said they didn't like the site. They said the site causes their iPads and iPhones to crash. This appears to be a problem for several people. It's been mentioned frequently in recent months. This isn't a new problem.

It has become a problem for many and I would think Enty and Co. would want to fix it. If word gets around that Enty runs an infected site, then no one will read it and she/he/they will make no money.

No one has the time and energy to visit entertainment sites that cause crashes all the time. I bet all of us likely have some sort of firewall protection. No one I know srufs the web without protection.

Don't assume people are lazy and stupid. And don't assume that because you can get to the site fine, that everyone else can too. Clearly, something about this place is impacting a decent number of folks.

Maybe they just don't want to risk damaging their stuff. All of it is expensive. Ruining $600 tablets would be a lot dumber for the sake of one site, I would think.

    ReplyDelete
  61. "don't like the site, stay the hell away"

Yeah that's a comment I see alot around here and it's BS. Constructive feedback facilitates continuous improvement which in turn leads to sustained success. If everyone remained complacent when shit starts to go downhill (or worse, if everyone kept on saying how excellent everything still is even when it obviously isn't), nothing will improve and that's when customers (or in CDANs case, readers) dissapear forever. If readers dissapear then the site will also disappear.
"Complaining" isn't always a bad thing, you know.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Katsm0711 - The virus-free Mac is a bit of a misnomer. Most people don't build viruses for Macs because why hit 5%, when you can 95% of computer users? Safety in low numbers. But with the iPads and iPhones being No.1, it entices more douchebags to go after them.

Also, the Safari you use on an iPhone isn't the same you use on a Mac computer. Different OS, different build... jerkfaces look for more weak spots on the iOS because everybody uses it.

On a Mac and PC, the rotten stuff a malicious ad can cause (redirecting, popups, autorunning, etc.) happens on both. The difference is when the bad ad comes with a virus. The Mac won't run it, but the unprotected PC will, because a virus works on the operating system instead of just in the browser. (I'm lumping all the trojans, etc., as well into virus.)

  63. I agree. If you're bored, just leave. If someone's mean to you and u can't hack it, just leave. But if you're leaving bc of technical issues it's important to tell the site owner and I think the best is to email Enty saying whatever you want and also a nice, non-complaining goodbye to the commenters. It's Enty's fault so complain to him but I do think it's important to let us know what problems you had so we can be aware that it can set off a work computer alert or shut down our iPads if it hasn't already happened. Just disappearing won't fix the problem. But don't bitch here, bitch privately to Enty.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Re: AdBlocker

On one side, I think everyone should use AdBlock. Not just for this site -- the adservers have so much volume, it's impossible for all the malicious ads to get stopped before they make their way to us. So even huge sites like CNN or eBay could sting you, without them even knowing.

But on the other side, you guys who say "I shouldn't have to use it!" You are 100% right! It's rotten all those pr0n redirects keep happening to people. The best course should be to pull the ads entirely until it's fixed. Or switch to a different adserver if they're using a scummy one. I'm on a Mac laptop with AdBlock and have had zero problems, thank goodness.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Katsm0711 - Mobile Safari vs. Computer Safari... They work the same and look the same, but they're built on a different foundation, iOS vs. OSX. Same with Firefox, Chrome -- any program that's available for Mac, PC, mobile, Linux, etc. Sorta like building two cars that looks the same, but one's gasoline, and one's diesel.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Try using Flipbook to read it on the iPad. For some reason, even though it opens the comments in Safari, it won't crash the same way. I think it is slightly more restricted and won't run the script that crashes for people.

  69. people are so ridiculous. you know AdBlock will fix the problem. It's been discussed ad nauseum. it's 2012. learn how to use technology. you don't think you should have to do that to go on websites? Does that mean you don't have sex because you have to wrap yourself in rubber?

and if somebody told you that you needed your computer "rebuilt" because you went to a website, then I have some amazing property to sell you in scenic Chernobyl. it's impossible for software to cause physical or irreparable damage.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Anonymous6:07 AM

If they're on a tablet or computer, that's some indication that they can use technology.

It could be that the site isn't fully equipped to take on an iPad's specific configurations. I wouldn't know, because I am technologically ignorant and don't own one.

Of course, that would mean giving our fellow readers the benefit of the doubt. And we can't POSSIBLY do that. *sarcasm*

  71. agree with everybody that complains about the adds. Generally I try not to use an addblock because I understand that bloggers earn their salary that way, but for this site, that is not an option. I don't even understand why I get 20 time the same add repeated :S.
