Adrienne Maloof - Bruised And Battered

Bernie Guzman is the personal chef to Adrienne maloof. He is the one who hates Lisa Vanderpump. Actually, the feeling is mutual. Anyway, on his Facebook page, Bernie posted the photo above of Adrienne Maloof. In the posting, he states that the marks on Adrienne's back are from her estranged husband Paul.

I'm sure she will be relieved everyone knows. Now you know who and what he really is. Adrienne Maloof was pushed to the ground. Punched and beaten. He is a beast.”

What I am wondering is why Adrienne turned to Bernie to give the pictures to or take the pictures. Did Bernie just acquire them? Before a party, did Adrienne tell him there was something he needed to see and to bring his camera? Did it happen while he was there? How come he never called the police? He just kept the photos for later use?
