Russell Crowe Rescued By Coast Guard

This feels just like when Bethenny Frankel was rescued by the Coast Guard with one glaring exception. Well, maybe two. This was real, and Russell Crowe did not need any fake publicity like Bethenny because he is a big star and she is struggling to keep a show afloat ( like that one?) on Bravo. Russell and his friend decided to go kayaking off the coast of Long Island Saturday night. It got dark and they got lost and were about ten miles from where they started. They paddled to shore and at some point heard a Coast Guard ship and called out to the crew who came and rescued them. That photo is probably the biggest smile Russell Crowe has given in years.
