The first and only woman who has spoken to the press about time spent with naked Prince Harry in Las Vegas is having a bad week. Carrie Lynn Reichert who is 40 years old and not the 32 she claimed to be to the tabloids was arrested while trying to board a plane to Mexico and thrown in jail. The reason? Over $21K in bad checks she wrote in Mississippi. This woman gets around. Customs matched her name and it came up that she had outstanding warrants and she faces a year in a Mississippi jail if convicted and unlike in California, she will probably end up spending most of that time actually in jail. If Mississippi does not choose to come get her and extradite her then she will be released.
I bet she's wishing she had been the one to sell photos to TMZ... it would have more than covered the $21k plus any legal fees.

ReplyDeleteIf Daily Mail readers are anything to go by, Harry has a lot of goodwill with the British public who have been quite supportive of him. Not to mention the troops who've staged their own naked photos in support. Did anyone see those? Classic.

ReplyDeleteOT---There's a designer this season on Project Runway, who during the 'real woman' challenge, felt hopeless & kept harping that not only was his client not model-thin--she was "almost FORTY!!!!"--like forty = dead or something. No way can a 40-year old be imagined in anything other than a gown from the nursing home, right? Or a coffin?

I have been reading this site for a few years now, really like a laugh, snarks, alternative to non mainstream point if views. I am actually really annoyed and astounded the relentless mention of this incident, any thing to draw attention to it. He was in a private room, no illegal activities yet American media or this blog still likes to draw attention to him.

ReplyDelete@Peaceful, I don't think I've detected any moral outrage about what happened in Vegas not staying in Vegas. Most people think it's just kind of funny. Naked people = comedy. Seriously, the guy isn't married, he's on leave from the military & he is in Las Vegas. By all means play some strip pool. Or strip quarters. Or strip yahtzee. Get naked.
