Excellent question Robert. I started following Chris Kattan after I learned on CDaN what a mess he is. His tweets are not funny, weird and boring but luckily very infrequent.
My first thought is Bethanny Frankel. Yeah, Entry dropped a big hint by publishing a photo of Nicole Richie with a caption that she needs to eat something, but he did so right after publishing with no comment a photo of Eva Longoria, who is the same height as Nicole, looking much skinnier. So I just pretend I never saw that.
Guiliana was on The View, I think last year, when she was trying to get pregnant and mentioned the Dr. told her to put some weight on and she said it was hard for her because all the clothes she wears for the shows are sample size. I even remember Woppie telling her to F that and eat something.
Kelly osborne....in todays pic, she is looking thin andhas her arm around kate moss, kate knows where to get the good shit. Lol..it cant b a good thing to be partying with kate moss....she is the british equivalent of paris h.
I think it's Guiliana. She also just beat her first round of cancer which I'm sure adds to the infertility/not wanting to be a size 6 perhaps? And since im pretty sure she treated her cancer the normal American way with chemo and lots of drugs, im sure she's still on the maintenance drugs and maybe chemo pills which i know from just a low dose kill your appetite and (sorry) upset your stomach from the dehydration so much that you can't keep any food or hydration in you. . Kelly seems like she hides her chub with very smartly tailored clothes and Cat Deeley is just way too cool to have any problem.
I think Guiliana seems too on the ball and witty and not at all out of it for this to be her. I'm sure she starves herself to some extent but she never seems drugged up.
I really enjoy her on Fashion Police. She may be a famewhore but she seems like a nice, grounded famewhore.
I think Kelly Osborn. She is a lot thinner lately and seems to be back on some kind of substance...I'd believe drugs (it also seems like she's absent from FP a lot in the last few months).
I bet it's Kelly Osbourne. How many pictures do you see where Kate Moss looks like the "big one?" Not too many.
Besides, Kelly seems to be the likeliest contender because she used to be zaftig, and got all the accolades when she dropped the weight. The others seem like professional starvaholics, especially Skeletor Rancic.

guiliana is pushing 40 and says "totes amazeballs" on like a freaking daily basis that alone makes her seem drugged up
