Woman Sues Company Because They Stopped Paying Her To Be Hooker

A woman in Connecticut is suing the company of her former lover. He died two years ago, but Emel Dilek says she was hired by Mercedes Benz in Greenwich, CT right after she hooked up with the man who ran the dealership. He was 50 years older than her and got her a 4 year employment contract with the dealership. Her job? To f**k her boss. The owner met Dilek on a trip to Germany and arranged for her to get an employment visa solely so he could have sex with her. Before he died, The NY Post says that Dilek received about $1M plus a rent controlled apartment. When the man died she got an additional $3M from his estate. She wants more though. She wants the terms of her contract honored. She was fired from her $120K a year job after her boss died. She sued for breach of contract and she is probably going to win because it does not actually say in the employment contract that her only job was to have sex with her boss even though everyone agrees that is what her job was.

  3. Here we go again.... lifetime movie of the week, seen all over town, next Bachelorette, inevitable breakup of her and (insert gay dude who goes on bachelorette for fame) due to pics tying her to some actor, a dancing with the stars gig or some other reality tv show and end of her 15 minutes.

  4. Unless the contract has a clause that says if the boss dies they don't have to honor the remaining contract, she will win fair and square. Awesome. And whichever lawyer wrote that contract will be out of a job. Idiot.

  12. Ouch, Topper. (Originally from Greenwich, and my family has been there for 4 generations - back when it was still middle class, long before all the nouveau riche moved in.)

I'm not outraged, I just think she's a whore. And apparently, technically I'm correct.

What exactly does it say in her employment contract, if it doesn't say she is only employed to screw the boss? Whatever bullshit job responsibilities it outlines, she is now responsible for fulfilling them. So, if she was given some title like "Director of Public Relations" or something like that, then the dealership has the right to expect her to start fulfilling those job requirements. If she doesn't (and we all know she won't), she gets fired legally.

Of course, I live in a state where almost no one has employment contracts and people can and do get fired for everything and nothing, so it's not like I am familiar with CT employment law.

I thought she was Jamie Sigler's older sister or whatever the heck her name is when I first saw the photo.

  16. Since being a hookah is one of the oldest professions in the history of human existence I say, eh, let the chick make that money!

Goddess knows she prolly earned it with all them "jobs" she had to give, wink wink.

Also, since I support escorts and prostitutes getting a living wage and benefits I most certainly support this woman getting her money that was agreed upon.

Also, I dont know if girlfriend has a big head so much as a big head of hair. It's humidity in August here in NYC and lately my hair has been casting its own shadow! So I sympathize with this chick.

  17. This is kind of brilliant. Although, I'm confused about how she doesn't get in trouble at the same time for being a prostitute?

    ReplyDelete
  18. ^Right? It's illegal in CT, yes?

  19. Great comment MM and sooooo true.

Honestly, good for her. A deal's a deal.

If she's a whore, what is he?

    ReplyDelete
  20. @FSP, right? I saw a pic of her on another website and thought that they had done a piss poor Photoshop. She looks like a life sized bobble head doll!

Am I missing the outrage over a man hiring someone young enough to be a granddaughter for sex? or using corporate money to do it? She is a whore? what does that make him??? I mean seriously, having sex with a man 50 years older then yourself, can't be easy.

I'm with FSP. Her bobblehead makes it difficult for me to get on my moral soap box. I keep thinking about the big-headed Mike Myers character in " So I Married an Murderer."

  23. he got something she got something at least he was an honest sugar daddy to his mistress. Unlike the Jesse James and Tiger's just want the sex and don't take care of a good hookah.

And of course it can't say the contract is for sex, illegal acts make any contract null and void. Though i'm sure his family wishes it did say that.

Hookah ain't dumb, get dat ca$h!

  25. I'm with you Jasmine.. Make that money lady!

There was, is and always will be prostitution. Shaming sex workers and letting the johns off the hook because..hey..they're just men.. is archaic and sexist.

Sex workers should unionize and be legalized for the safety of the women IMHO

  27. @agent **it - b/c most of us would have been thrilled with the 4mil.

//but it's like I told a friend of mine who became a stripper back in '01....(for $$ for massage school), that she's gonna find, what may start off as something with a limit, when it comes to money, eventually, with most people, there becomes NO limit. You end up telling yourself, that I need this, or that ALL things which you would have never thought of as a need prior when you were poor. Tis the problem with money though.

  28. @Cindy, pretty sure it ain't her head he's interested in...

I say, if he hired her and there is a contract, the company needs to fulfill the contract.

  29. Remember when one would be embarassed to admit to being a prostitue for money? Bring back the days of dignified human behavour. Please.

  33. I doubt Connecticut is a right to work state, so she probably has a legitimate case.

Hmmm....do you think this was a "union" job? :P

  34. I'm not applauding this kind of shit. As a woman, woman like THIS are the reason why we still only make 33 cents on the dollar, are still looked at as second class citizens in the workplace and like fucking objects who can just sell the pussy instead of using the brains we claim to have.

fuck this whore and her whore fucking ways. get a real job.

    ReplyDelete
  35. You know, hookers wouldn't exist if men didn't pay for sex, so how about the guy get equal blame for this fiasco? I have no problem with her unless someone can prove she held a gun to his head to get the 4 year contract.

    ReplyDelete
  36. On first glance I thought it was Tiger's #1 ho Rachel whatever.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I don't understand the outrage. I think Enty is probably jumping to a few conclusions here, as well (i.e., "solely to have sex with her."). If he brought her into the company for any type of legitimate reason at all, she absolutely has a case. And depending on the terms of her contract, she probably has a strong case either way. I don't know - I'm a feminist lawyer who is against prostitution, but I really don't see a moral or legal problem here.

    ReplyDelete
  38. To follow up on my comment directly above (hopefully) - this doesn't strike me as any different from the nepotism that goes on all over corporate America.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Rich men in positions of power have been giving their girlfriends and mistresses jobs for forever. Besides making support a convenient "cost of doing business", it also provides convenient excuses for "late nights" "meetings" and "travel".

She had a contract. Unless she wasn't doing the job her contract outlined, she SHOULD win.

And good for her for protecting her interests and not backing down. THAT is the problem in employment...women are just expected to take whatever male dominant employers dish out. If more fought for what was owed them...loudly and publicly, things might be different. She had a 4 year contract (reasons be damned), she should get 4 years of employment.

Also, I agree w/Jasmine and Alicia re prostitution. Criminalizing it obviously won't make it go away. (However this isn't prostitution...at least legally speaking)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Jax, I'm pretty sure women now make something like .77 on the dollar (as compared to male equivalent). It's still wrong, but I'm pretty sure the # is correct.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Is an arrangement like this is really prostitution? She wasn't out walking the streets, they had a contractual agreement, much as many marriages in the past and probably more marriages today than people think. The only difference I see is that the agreement was arranged through his business, rather than brokered by a family. And it had a definite expiration date, unlike the 60% of all marriages that end in a messy divorce.

When I was in the Navy stationed in Europe in the 80s I heard a story about a mustang's wife (enlisted advanced to officer). She wouldn't permit a Captain's wife to cut in line at the Commissary. When the Captain's wife said "Do you know who I am? I'm Captain Herp's wife!" the younger woman replied "Well, I'm Ensign Derp's wife, but you and I both f&#k sailors for a living." (Very few wives worked because there were few jobs on base for dependents and limited daycare availablity.)

  42. She shouldn't be so smug. If this is how she got a visa she might win the remaining money -- assuming she had all four years on contract, she'd still be due less than half a million dollars -- but lose the ability to stay in the states.

    ReplyDelete
  43. How is she any different from any of Hugh Hefner's 'women'?

    ReplyDelete
  44. With millions to her name she can easily arrange for an extended work visa or commercial enterprise visa.

I'm sure that there are plenty of other women working under similar discreet-but-legal contracts.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I'd boink an old guy for $4mil without thinking twice

    ReplyDelete
  46. she should be careful, because if this woman was in essence, a paid hooker, the Immigration service can revoke her work visa because it was based on fraud.

and now that the info is apparently plastered all over the papers and internet, they just might.

then she'll have to go bye bye to whatever big-headed country she is from and possibly w/o the money, depending.

she should have just accepted the millions and not gotten greedy and she should remember what killed the golden goose.

  47. @Michelle: "Look at that thing, it's the size of SPUTNIK!" I love that movie. :)

Whores. Love 'em or hate 'em, they're still gonna work. I would love to be a fly on the wall when the contract negotiations go down, though.

"Sex daily, BJs weekly, an option for anal on the weekends, and you get a vacation house in the Hamptons. No anal, and it's reduced to a condo in Boca. Quarterly bonus for position creativity. Contract void if I catch the clap."

  48. What kind of perv hires someone 50 (FIFTY) years younger for sex!!?!?!? What, was he 70 and she was 20? Was he 65 and she was 15?? That's just sick. Like having sex with your great grand kid!?!?!????! I hope any stock holders divest quick before any auditors take a real look! There is more to this story you can bet.

  49. Men have been keeping mistresses and girls on the side since the dawn of time.

Women have been keeping boytoys for just as long. Don't think it's just Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson and Sharon Stone. Go read about Queen Elizabeth I's 'favorites' and how they influenced the politics of the day.

He offered her a contract and contracts get honored.

  56. Am I the only one disturbed that as much money as she has/had, that she didn't have the class to have her dress ironed? Seriously tacky, how hard is to steam iron a dress, heck just throw it in the dryer set on "tumble" if that's all you got. You were making $120k, it's not like you were living in my craptastic apartment and schlepping to laundromat. Even my low-rent self (which is very expensive low-rent I might add) could muster a cocktail dress without looking like wrinkled trash. And ya might might wanna get some of those stick-on boob bra thingies - you're droopier think you are, which is what happens when you get older after being an anorexic with a boob-job.
