TMZ got their hands on the settlement agreement between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. I sure hope that her contract paid her a decent sum of money while they were married or that she saved a bunch from all those bombs she acted in during the marriage. I bet right now Katie is kicking herself for bailing on the Batman sequels because she only receives $400K a year from Tom Cruise and that is just for the next 12 years until Suri turns 18. The money is child support but, does a 6 year old really need $33K a month when Tom is still paying for school and insurance and other things like that? Katie gave up all that high life living because she was so miserable in her marriage. Does this mean that she did not sign a confidentiality agreement? I sure would like to see a five part series of books, one for each year of marriage. Each would be a best seller. Way better than another book from a Jersey Shore cast member or that Hills person who keeps writing books no one reads.

Tom isn't going to let htat information get out on how much hes paid katie for her contract. That was already settled before they even went to court for the child spport. One has nothing to do with the other, because its not spousal support, it was money givn to her for being married to him for a certain amount of years. TMZ will NEVER get their hands on that info unless they want to go kidnap the president of Scientology or something

She choose freedom, and her daughter over money, in my book, it was worth the loss of Tom's millions. Let him have the $$ I'd take my kid and freedom anytime.

Cannot wait for "The Master" !!! PTA supposedly screened it for Tom, and he reportedly had some 'problems' with it. I'll bet he did, from what I've read, PTA pulls no punches and barely, barely veils that it's an anti-$ci, anti-LRH film.

How do you know her Dad is worth $250 million? No offense, but he's a lawyer in Toledo, OH - unless there's family money there (or they won the lottery), I can't see how that's possible. And I've never heard about old money before in her family.

ReplyDeleteTransfer of titles, deeds (for land and other) and a joint Swiss bank account as well as other off shore accounts for the 2 of them were likely done "pre" divorce. As well as her trust fund .Suri is legally his child as are his two older children. 400k because it's practical and most (not all) of the financial transactions will not be legally traceable.

Why do some people think if Tom wasn't Suri's biological father, that he isn't really her father when it comes to money? He is on the birth certificate, legally her Dad. He should be paying support, especially since I'm guessing Katie gets her the majority of the time.
