Blind Item #1
What former C+ television actress who was called an actress only because she was on television and was not playing herself, although who could really tell at the time. Anyway, I could go on for hours about her lack of talent. A charity called our former actress and now reality star/host and asked her to appear at a charity function. The function will have actual A list movie stars, all of whom have agreed to appear for free. Not our former actress. She told the organization that she does not leave her house for anything unless she is getting paid. When she was told who would be appearing for free she said good for them, but if they wanted her, the organization was going to have to pay her. Oh, and put her up in a hotel for two nights even though the event was only 15 minutes from her house.

Or an appearance on the new 90210? I forget. But apparently Shannon Doherty acted as a professional, and Tori could barely be bothered.

There are others that would be glad for the opportunity for positive exposure, and this girl can wonder in 5 years how she totally slipped into obscurity. (And, if she suddenly freaks out at the lost opportunity and tried to re-negotiate the appearance fees, they should calmly tell her they've found someone better, Sorry. Don't even give her a second thought! She clearly does not deserve it.)

ReplyDeleteOf all the guesses, Tori is the only one that works for me. Lauren Conrad, Nicole Richie, Jessica Simpson, Jenny McCarthy... all of them were allegedly playing "themselves" on TV. The blind says she was called an actress because "she was on television and not playing herself", implying that she was playing a character with a different name than her own.
