ReplyDeleteThis morning on my way to work, I was walking behind a Miley clone. Her hair was up in that stupid bun and she was wearing short shorts. Her legs were ok, not toned but not awful in short shorts. The best part was how she stared at herself in every window reflection she passed. I watched her head whip back and forth as she followed every reflection. Then she pulled out her phone and was on that until I passed her (don't know what she did after).

As for the skateboarding, there are 30+ year old guys in my neighbourhood who skateboard. I live in a hipster neighbourhood. It's annoying.

Did anyone see the movie "Away we Go"? (Don't watch it as a couple, I still owe my husband for making him sit through it.) Anyway, Maggie Gyllenhall's character is asked about a stroller and screams, practically CRYING over the thought, "A STROLLER? Why would I want to push my baby AWAY from me?!" It may have been the funniest line in the movie.
Love the "celebs = everyday people" and I think that should be a thing once a week.

In this photo, Demi just looks so sad. She's wearing a kabbalah bracelet, and usually I get kind of judgmental about that, but looking at this photo, I just hope it's bringing her some peace/comfort/emotional growth.

ReplyDeleteI think in the 80s I would have totally worn "Angelina's" dress and hairstyle, and would have felt I looked good! Yikes. Also, I DID have "Kim's" pink suit-dress in the 90s. And I liked it. I probably would still be wearing it if it still fit (shame). I wouldn't have known it was so out out of style until seeing this picture (more shame). At least I haven't worn the super puffy sleeves in a few years!
