US Weekly has photos this week of Kristen Stewart making out with Rupert Sanders. Rupert directed Snow White & The Huntsman and is married to Vogue model, Liberty Ross, who played Stewart's mother in the movie. The couple has two young kids. Her reaction? "Wow." Both Us Weekly and People confirm that Kristen Stewart has been having an affair with the director. The photos are from July 17th, but the affair has been going on much longer. I have a blind item about it somewhere, but have not dug it out yet. Even The Enquirer had a blind about it too. People tried to shrug it off for Kristen as a one time thing and that she is a "good girl," and she is devastated about it. Uh huh. Well, as I said on Twitter yesterday when the story broke, if Robert Pattinson is allowed to be with multiple people, Kristen should be too. The only difference is that Robert does not sleep with married people who have kids.
So she's bi ?

That picture especially is disconcerting, the way she is looking at him with adoration. ReplyDeleteAs for Sanders, I always say, you never know what goes on in a marriage. Do he and Ross have an explicit understanding? Are they open? Is he just a straight-up cheating piece of crap? In the first two instances, maybe he just broke the cardinal rule of getting caught in public. Now he and Liberty have to think about the kids, friends, family and colleagues. It's all very complicating if the original agreement was, "We each have the option to keep a lover on the side."
GAH I wish Ted's site was still open. Today would have been such a fun day.

Is it sick and wrong that I was mildly fascinated watching the Twihard meltdowns on Tumblr for about an hour last night? It's just odd that people have so much emotional stake invested in a fake PR relationship between two bi-sexual actors. That being said, I'm surprised she had a fling with this older guy. It was something about how they weren't even trying to hide their affair. The second was about a leading lady who no one could understand being cast in the role, and it turned out it's because she was sleeping with the director. I can't remember when that one was posted though.

I know it's early for the last Twilight instalment, but I could see this as a stunt (even if the pics are real, they could have posed for the pics, w/ the wife knowing what was up, to - as beth says above - break up Robsten before Twilight (whether they were ever together, who knows) but I could also see KStew as wanting to be the bad guy in the "breakup."
