Yeah, I have posted photos of One Direction and The Wanted before, but an actual post? A story about either of the bands or the band members? Not before now. I guess this means that I can start writing pieces for Teen People pretty soon. Apparently Niall Horan of One Direction has a thing for Demi Lovato. I don't think it is anything serious. I think he is just seeing if it is possible for him to actually go out with anyone he wants. Justin Bieber told him that he could and I think he picked a random celebrity and Demi was the one he thought of first. He tweeted her which led to Skype which led to him asking her out. I find the whole thing humorous because if he was Niall Horan of the kid down the street instead of Niall Horan of One Direction he would not have ever even got a response from Demi but because he is then he gets a response and so much more. It makes you stop and think about things. Do two celebrities go out with each other because they like each other or because they can?

ReplyDeleteCelebs date each other because it brings good publicity. I'm more intrigued by it starting with twitter, moving to Skype, and then a date. I guess that's modern dating.
I suppose celebs also date each other because they understand what it's like to be a celeb, or some BS like that.

I think once you are a celeb it becomes difficult to date a non-celeb. I mean, you can imagine Niall asking out a "regular" girl?? The press would be camped out at her house on a regular basis, whereas, with another star, it's par for the course.

Ever notice that the ones who are dying their hair that awful blonde color also aren't working alot? I just don't get why actresses who get famous because of their unique and interesting look, throw it all away to become another bleached blonde bimbo. Don't they understand that they got famous by being their own type, not someone else's?!

It would be hard to share them with everyone in the world. And I think celebs date one another because they can understand this.

ReplyDeleteNiall Horan looks 5'8". When he's standing on a 5' tall stage, that makes him 10'8". When you're 10'8", it's real fucking easy to get noticed.
