If Lindsay Lohan ever needs to get a graduate degree in excuses, she needs to go to the Amir Khan school of excuses. This guy is a master. Somehow he Tweets a photo of himself at strip club with a pile of money and manages to make it all seem like we are imagining things. The guy is brilliant.
First of all he Tweeted the photo above with the words, "Let's Play." He was in Vegas at the time and the first sign he was going to be in trouble was when the woman he is engaged to saw the photo and said she was disgusted. How did Amir explain that? He says the woman is not a stripper and is just someone who was performing acrobatics. Seriously. That is what he said. The cash? He says it is fake and that he would never do such a thing. It was a prop. You know, because all acrobat schools have props of wads of cash that their patrons can use while deciding whether to sign up for classes or not.
Apparently his girlfriend bought the story and even defended Amir saying she totally believed him and that all was forgiven.
Losers all the way around.
ReplyDeleteClubs in Vegas (non-strip-club-ones) do have the occasional pole in them for acrobatics. While I doubt that he is being honest, his story is plausible (but not probable), allowing a gullible girlfriend to believe him.
ReplyDeleteWho's Amir Khan?
ReplyDeleteWho is this guy? And why do I care if hes at a strip club?
ReplyDeleteHe's a British boxer. No one special :)
DeleteOh. Well at least hes cute, makes it a bit more interesting.
DeleteHis girlfriend - yet another sad tale of a woman allowing herself to be manipulated by a man. I wish I could shake some sense into her. I hope she stops drinking his kool aid.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable, yeah acrobatics!!!! Is that what they are calling it?
ReplyDeleteHmm, I actually believe him (whoever he is). Clubs in Vegas and Miami (the only ones I've been to) have dancers doing all sorts of crazy stuff. Acrobats, contortionists, juggling, you name it. Given the background set of people, it looks like a club, not a strip club. Is he a class act, no.
ReplyDeleteYup, former exotic dancer weighing in. That's no strip club. The girl on the pole is equivalent to a go-go dancer, she does pole tricks while scantily clothed, no stripping.
ReplyDeleteThat money looks real to me though, and I made a living spotting the high denomination bills on my stage in the dark. (And who put them there, of course!)
That "acrobats" flowy cape does add an air of class to the stripping pole that she looks as if she is about to straddle. Capes can add class to anything, other "acrobats" take note!
ReplyDeleteIf you look at the background it does not look like a strip club. Also the woman behind him by the pole does have the swirling cloth that is typical of acrobatic performances. Honestly by the look on her face and clothing she really does not look like she is about to take off clothing. Finally given his cultural background and his public standing it would be a major major slip up to do something like that if it were true - but totally makes sense if it's staged. That's definitely a south asian kind of thing to do ('look at me I'm a BAD BOY'). He doesn't even look drunk/high/cracked out. Meh.
ReplyDeleteWho the hell?? Must be a slow gossip day.
ReplyDeleteis he someone? I've never heard of him...
ReplyDeleteSorry, Enty, that doesn't look like a strip club to me. That doesn't look like a stripper, either, and I second whoever said that clubs have performers like that girl in the background.
ReplyDeleteBut... who in the hell is this guy?
Amir Khan wouldn’t know the truth if it scratched his arse.
ReplyDeleteMy only question is, if that money is fake, isn't that illegal? I'm pretty sure it's illegal to use the image of US currency unless the size is exaggerated (like those novelty notepads).
ReplyDeleteYou can make real sized fake money in the US and it's not illegal as long as the words NOT LEGAL TENDER are prominently featured along the top and bottom of the bill. I've seen prop money before that had the faces of well known actors as the bill portraits. Pretty funny. I can't tell if the stack in his hand is real or fake.
ReplyDeleteI agree with others that its not a strip club. There are too many women in the background of the photo. There are clubs in NY and LA that have 'featured dancer' platforms, and that's what that looks like.
This photo looks staged and childish. What a tool.
That's more than 140 characters isn't it?
ReplyDelete...sort of like Melissa Stetten ... staged tweets ...
ReplyDeleteMy only contribution to this post is to chime in with a dayummmm son! British-Indian boxer!? purrrrrrrrrrr
ReplyDeleteI want to take a bite out of that chiseled jaw, is what I'm sayin' ;-O
**I apologize for the general tone of horniness in my comment, especially considering strip club or no, this dude's obviously exuding (besides yummy sex appeal) total and utter douche-nozzleness.
Jasmine-calm yourself now!
ReplyDeleteHis nose is too big. Not cute, and the pose makes him look douchy.
ReplyDeleteMy hubs is right----twitter will get u every time. Now I have to go stalk celebs on twatter.
ReplyDeleteBecause I have absolutely no idea who this guy is, I thought it was that guy Britney Spears associated with. I thought that his tweet was supposed him being sarcastic/trying to be funny.
ReplyDeleteWho cares if he was at a strip club?
ReplyDeleteyes, its more than 140 characters because it's not a twitter post. It looks like an Instagram or other photo host that links to twitter. Those allow your captions to be as long as you like.
ReplyDeleteSounds like someone is a recent graduate of the Kobe Bryant excuse academy. I bet his girlfriend has some shiny new jewelery to go with that line of garbage that he is feeding her.
ReplyDeleteNext.
Okay, not only an ex dancer weighing in but an ex Spearmint Rhino in Las Vegas dancer weighing in. That is a nightclub, not a strip club as strip clubs tend to be darker and there are far too many spot lights, strobe lights and just lights in general. This is no Vegas strip club.
ReplyDeleteImagine breaking up with Amir Khan because he may have touched money and seen a woman in a bikini. Wow. You'd have to be really supersensitive, eh?
ReplyDeleteIf it's not strip club, why does he have 2 straps of $1's and 3 straps of $5's (the closest one has its strap broken)?
ReplyDeleteSorry, but the 'fake money' is BS. That place is not glitzy enough to produce & supply 'fake money' for customers to have a laugh with. And especially not $1700 worth on one table. (I worked in a large bank vault, depositing and strapping and bagging cash back in the day).
I have been to clubs that have an 'all-skate', during which time ALL the night's girls go on stage at once, kind of a 'coming attractions' show. Perhaps it looks too crappy of a club for Vegas, but some guys like 'em crappy, b/c they think they will get away with more in shitty clubs. And they do.
Don't they have ONE strip club this tiny & crappy in Vegas? I think THAT'S more likely than this tiny, filthy club being used for 'legitimate' entertainment. That is all
What a cheapskate.. I am sure the entertainers here in Australia are happy that $5 is our smallest banknote.
ReplyDeleteDamn Libby, that's a good eye on those bills.
ReplyDeleteWho gives a shit if this guy was at a strip club or not?
ReplyDeletewow. douches unite.
ReplyDeleteLibby, the more low end the strip club in Vegas, the darker it's going to be. And Vegas clubs don't have all the girls on the stage because not all the girls want to work the stage, it's a waste of time when the real money is on the floor.
ReplyDeleteJust another lying male turd... who the fuck is he anyway? Whatev...

ReplyDeleteI don't know who this person is or why it matters he was in a strip club, unless he got a private room with one of the dancers?
