A California woman is in jail right now after giving birth six weeks ago to a baby. She told investigators that the boy was the son of her daughter's boyfriend. The woman is 32 and the boyfriend is 16. The woman says she is in love with her daughter's boyfriend and has been charged with six felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and two felony counts of oral copulation with a minor. Apparently in one of those six times they had sex she also got pregnant. Apparently everyone knew the affair was going on except the woman's daughter.

The five month affair was so obvious that people in the neighborhood got wind of what was going on and confronted the boy. But the daughter was clueless. Quite the brain trust this family is.

Her daughter probably had no idea because she could never fathom such a craaaaazy betrayal by her own mother. Talk about being thrown for a loop. My son is 13. I cannot think of too many things more disgusting than the idea of being sexually attracted to one of his skinny, pimpley faced, immature friends. Maybe except having the indecency to act on such an attraction. Gross.

ReplyDeleteI can see how a young kid might find an older person attractive, but I just don't get the reverse--could someone please explain this to me? The best explanation I've heard for why grown men want young girls is that it's the same reason some guys are obsessed w/marrying a virgin--they're afraid of being compared to other men & ending up on the losing end of the comparison--but in terms of socialization, etc., I don't quite see that being true for grown women & young guys, so, again, what's up? (My first thought was "But you're going to have to talk with them at some point, and what would you talk about? You don't have anything in common!" which apparently says something about me, presumably something good.)

"Because I had an affair with our 13-year-old babysitter." Needless to say, not only did Guy #2 NOT tell Guy #1's wife to take him back, but he also alerted the authorities & let the law take its course. WTF?...)
