The Situation Will Be Back For Season 6 Of Jersey Shore

In a roundabout way, there was confirmation that The Situation will be returning for the 6th season of Jersey Shore. Is it only the 6th season? It really seems more like 20. Maybe that is because they are repeated all the time. Except for a couple of minor differences, it is pretty tough to tell if you are watching the first season or the most recent season. Anyway, The Situation let slip in court that he couldn't make a court date because he was contractually required to be in the Jersey Shore house for that period of time. So, there you have it. More Situation, less drinking.

  3. That whole network needs to be renamed. It ain't about the music anymore. I like "shit shows" personally.

  4. I liked season 1, tolerated season 2, but couldn't make it through season 3. Idk if I changed or the show changed, but I can't believe it's still on.

  7. The last season was really boring. This new season ought to be worse with Snooki pregnant and him "not" drinking. If he's actually not drinking, I imagine he has a sponsor. The sponsor must have told him this wouldn't be a good idea.

  8. .robert - neither have I, and I live in NJ - you think I'd be somewhat interested! I don't want the show to ruin my memories of the Jersey shore.

  10. I wanna be amongst those girls seeing his little Situation because it will only confirm to me what I think the problem is with the entire cast of Jersey Shore:

The women have boundary issues brought upon for a plethora of reasons and this has made them more susceptible for promiscuity/substance abuse.

And the men all have tiny junks and this has made them more susceptible to prove their masculinity through extreme promiscuity/substance abuse/obsessive weight lifting.

I just want to be like HUNTY (copyright Ru Paul) those 6 packs DON'T ADD 6 more inches to your dick!!!
Please step down Situation- you are not the one.

  14. I hope the audience isn't back for Season 6. Sadly my brother watches all the time, he digs J-Woww. Ugh.

  15. Ok, this picture, just gross...

  16. J-Woww recently called Bristol Palin uneducated and marginal, and ... it was wonderful.

Myself, I watch the shows and love the kids. They are our future. This is our world. The shows are edited for maximum offensiveness, and the extent to which it offends people just shows how skilled the producers and editors are.

Julia Kristeva theorizes that reality television allows us to view a type of performance that was never available to humanity heretofore. Of course, she was talking about the Parisians on the French Big Brother show, but it applies to these kids as well. Reality television tries to create a narrative from "found" images, and with the Jersey Shore crew, the themes and plotlines are generally tightly done. From a production point of view, it's the best of the lot. Or the worst. Same diff.

  17. Snooki's theories of male homosexuality are also pretty fascinating.

  20. Mike is just crazy. I'm watching the latest season at the moment and it is so painfully obvious he is drugged up on something. Hope he got the help he needed at rehab.

  21. I wonder if he will come out of the closet on season 6?
