ReplyDeleteAlso I LOVE Damian Lewis! I have only ever seen him in Homeland, so even though I knew he was English, hearing his English accent on HIGNFY a couple of weeks ago was so strange.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm going to stand up for CD owners. Some of us like to own our music for real. I am one of those people. I like CD art, I like the booklets, and yes, my car has a CD player that I still use frequently.

I love my cd player in my car. I still burn cd's and playlists off my iTunes! 8-)

For the Damian Lewis fans out there, I recommend watching The Forsyte Saga (though his character is not kind). He's fantastic though. Hard to believe it was 10 years ago when it was made.

ReplyDeleteHey I don't own an electronic reader, I like the smell, feel, etc of real books. I also still buy CDs, and I guess I'm poor because my car has a CD player. Which I enjoy greatly.
If you like Damian Lewis I highly recommend Dream Catcher, Stephen King movie. It was pretty good and that was the first time I notice Damian.

My car only plays CD's and some present radio stations that I can't change. I tried an iPod converted for the cigarette lighter jack but it didn't work.

ReplyDeleteI love cd's too. The real thing. I think music from iTunes can only be copied to so many iPods (so you dont share with all your friends), but I have gone thru a few between a couple of shuffles for the gym and my original iPOd, and now have a Nano. I will be ticked off if I have to get a new one (they do give out or break) and it tells me I cant copy my music anymore from iTunes because I've already copied it to too many devices. I have not drank the Apple Kool Aid , although I do like the iPod concept.
Damian Lewis is one of the best actors on the planet. And he's hot.

I agree with the CD lovers. I LOVE the booklets and just sitting down and listening to a new CD all the way through. I miss that.
