Jennifer Lopez Is Too Big For Her Britches - Leaving Idol

Last year, after American Idol ended, Jennifer Lopez said she was going to leave the show, but it turned out to be a negotiating ploy and she ended up signing on again for a second season. This time though, Jennifer is really going to leave. She means it. The only thing that will change her mind is if someone from the show reminds her what her life was like before she became a judge on Idol. In case she can't remember, I will tell her.

She was married to Marc Anthony and her life consisted of supervising the nannies and saying good morning and good night to her kids. Oh, when Marc would play a concert and not be sleeping with someone and invite Jennifer she would be forced to go on stage and sing a song badly in Spanish with Marc. She would get callas about scripts, but they were for infomercials and not movies or television. When she did get a movie it was usually a Jennifer Aniston reject and would bomb twice as fast as a Jennifer Aniston movie.

Now, Jennifer says she is too busy because she has a record out which would only do well because she is a judge on Idol. She thinks she is a household name and that movie and television offers will come her way. Why? What makes her unique? There are lots of people out there who can actually sing and act and are younger and cheaper. Oh, and not divas. Jennifer should stay and ride the show down into the pile of dust it will hit in the next few years.
