Helen Elder, who is 39, is accused of breaking into a man's house and performing oral sex on him. He says it was rape. Police and prosecutors say it was rape. There is no mention of any guns or knives or tying him to the bed. Was he much smaller than her? This is a hard one to understand. Maybe she thought it was roleplaying? Did they know each other?
