William Levy Sexual Battery Lawsuit Dropped
It has been a long year for William Levy, and most of it has to do with his decision to take a 17 year old teen back to his hotel room for sex. He says that she told him she was 19. Not a defense to statutory rape, but prosecutors declined to act on the case so a civil suit was filed instead. The teen alleged the sex was not consensual and she only wanted Levy's autograph. I don't really believe that one, but I do believe her when she said she got an STD from him. She sued him for millions and then suddenly the suit has been dismissed. A little settlement? William is on Dancing With The Stars and does not want people only thinking about him having sex with a 17 year old.
