Sherri Shepherd Has Been Cheating On Dancing With The Stars? Does Radar KNow What They Are Talking About?

Who knew that Dancing With The Stars would ever get a cheating scandal. This is kind of fun now. According to Radar, Sherri Shepherd and Maks have been practicing together since December. Radar then says that this is unfair because you should not be practicing with partners ahead of time, let alone two months ahead of time. I agree, but Maks is not Sherri's partner. Radar has forgot that Val is Sherri's partner and not Maks so Sherri just dancing with a guy who happens to be on the show seems like a good idea and not cheating. I would love a good cheating scandal on the show though. Liven it up.

  1. I have to say, one of the things I love about this site is the very fact that I can be totally flipped out by what I am reading on a News Site and skip over to here and almost guarantee myself a hearty chuckle. (when your my size, it's always a hearty chuckle. Boisterous laughter can shake the room)

Sherry cracks me up, if I were her I would admit it but say something to the effect of "You bet I have been dancing with him, have you SEEN that man?" and then wink.

  2. Why would one of the pros practice with another star? Wouldn't that sabotage their own team's chances?
Do the pros get anything when they win? I've never watched this show.

  3. Aw crap. I'm going to have to learn more about this now since Donald Driver is on the show. I made a promise to watch him that superseded my promise never to watch this show.

  4. They let people on who have professional dancing backgrounds, so why shouldn't Sherri get a leg up? (haha, no pun intended!)

  5. She just denounced it on The View.

  6. At the end of reading this paragraph, I literally said to myself "oh...THAT kind of cheating..." then twirled my imaginary moustache.

What skullduggery hath thou brought to this pristine franchise, Ms. Shepherd?

  7. How is this cheating? If I knew I was going to be on TV dancing in front of millions of people, I'd want as much practice beforehand as I could.

I don't see where this would be a problem for Maks, either. He probably got a nice paycheck out of her, and he was also probably just teaching her some basics. No big deal, there.

  8. Wasn't Sherri the one who refused to take a stand on whether the Earth was round, or whether gravity existed, or something like that?

I don't think that practicing ahead of time without your assigned partner is cheating. It would sort of be stupid not to practice. Do you think the spelling bee kids don't practice beforehand?

  9. There HAS been a good cheating scandal: the first season when the ABC soap star needed perfect scores from all of the judges in order to complete the come-from-behind-cum-Cinderella-story and win the ABC dancing show. She got those perfect scores despite several glaring errors, including being DROPPED by her partner.

Skip to talk of game show fixing and government hearings and suddenly ABC decides that there should be a dance-off, which the person who didn't drop his partner "won."

  10. @comma chaser - loved that, added just the right amount of snark.

  11. Yes, Sherri Shepherd is the one that wouldn't say that for sure the earth is round, but when everyone reacted with disbelief that anyone could believe there was more than one possible option there, she said it was because she had "never thought about it before."

I have liked her in supporting roles on TV, but I can not stand for intentional stupidity. Some people are smarter than others, yes, but when the knowledge is RIGHT THERE and you still choose to remain ignorant, then you are dumb.

    Sorry.

  12. Yeah she also said some B.S. about worrying about feeding her child to think if the Earth was round or flat.

All I could think is: "Hey,Dipwit,
you also need to feed that child KNOWLEDGE. Pick up a frickin' book!"
